Some day-to-day duties include:

• Establish confidence, trust and a positive rapport with all of our patients
• Case manage a large patient portfolio
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF and Egg Donation
• Order time-sensitive medications
• Maintains safe and clean work environment

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Oregon (RN)/(BSN)
• Current ACLS certifications

This is a full-time (40 hours a week/8 hours per day) non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays. 

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $47-$50/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.

Our Medical Assistants engage with our patients day-in and out and they are vital to the patient experience. They are caring, compassionate, and work well together as a team. They work closely with our Physicians to provide exceptional patient care.

Some day-to-day duties include:

• Rooming patients
• Obtaining vitals
• Performing phlebotomy
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining a clean clinic
• Assisting physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI and more!)
• Cross training opportunities for support in our Ambulatory Surgery Center during egg retrievals!

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Our Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.

Some day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans
• Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures

Role Summary

The role of the Facility Technician at Spring Fertility is one that is important to perform new and ongoing maintenance of facility related duties to support the clinic operations and assist in creating a world-class experience within our centers. This role is responsible for facilities issues at all Spring Fertility locations and must be proactive in the oversight of these responsibilities.

Professional Requirements

Building Management & Clinic Maintenance:

• Follow all assigned checklists and ensure a maintenance ticket is logged for all follow up items
• Identify, troubleshoot and repair minor electrical problems, issues with HVAC, mechanical equipment, lighting, appliances and other applicable items relating to clinic maintenance
• Identify and perform minor repairs to structural surfaces including walls, ceiling, and floors; including light repainting of walls
• Coordinate and escort third-party vendors as assigned
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace including the identification of hazards in storage and paths of egress
• Develop and maintain relationship with building management and maintenance
• Be familiar with rules and regulations of building usage
• Respond to facilities support requests as assigned

Safety & Maintenance of Records   

• Participate as a member of the safety team
• Help educate staff on good safety practices
• Utilize computerized maintenance and ticketing systems for work orders and tasks

Preventative Maintenance:

• Follow preventative maintenance schedule as directed by Facilities Manager
• Perform preventative maintenance and/or coordinate outside vendors for repairs and preventative maintenance

Communication:

• Proactive communication skills, attention to detail, follow up documentation
• Good organization and effective oral and written skills to communicate with leadership, peers, fellow employees and vendors
• Use a variety of communication methods, including the company instant messaging system. Be familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
• Learn and apply emerging technologies and advances as necessary to perform duties in an efficient, organized, and timely manner
• Communicate with departments and personnel, vendors, and the public as necessary to coordinate departmental operations and activities

Role Summary

The Practice Manager is the operational leader of their local clinic – they are responsible for setting the culture for excellence in the patient care and experience, ensuring the effective daily clinical operations of their clinic, partnering with their Medical Directors and providers, and driving operational alignment and excellence. The Practice Manager is on-site and engaged with their local team, offering guidance and support, mentorship, and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver a world class patient experience. They partner with a robust and capable shared services team including facilities, IT, HR, finance, and marketing to keep the clinic operating smoothly. The Practice Manager directly manages local clinical leads and administrative practice support roles.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for direct oversight of non-clinical (front desk and administrative staff), clinical and day to day operations of the clinic including oversight of the nursing team, patient navigators, medical assistants, 
• Responsible for creating a best in class patient centered experience
• Responsible for interventions relating to patient concerns and escalations and resolving in a timely and thoughtful manner
• Responsible for vendor and business associate contracts at the center level including but not limited to biohazard, scrubs, cleaning services, maintenance, and regulatory visits
• Responsible for daily nursing, patient navigator, medical assistant and front desk coordinator schedules, PTO and timecard approval
• Responsible for QC and oversight of provider(s) schedules and templates to ensure maximizing the patient experience, creating a thoughtful and productive provider schedule and ensuring billing and regulatory compliance with patient visits
• Hires, coaches and develops employees and responsible for regular employee training, coaching and performance reviews
• Works collaboratively with medical directors and providers within the practice operations
• Monitors and trends Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the practice operations
• Develops, implements and coordinates training programs in conjunction with applicable departments
• Develops and monitors corrective action strategies and action plans
• Responsible for site level P&L and budget 

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Bachelor's of Arts or Bachelor's Of Science Degree
• Healthcare and/or hospitality experience a plus!
• Minimum three (3) years of management experience 
• Direct experience leading large multi-role teams
• Proven success in partnering with Medical Directors and Physicians at the practice level preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 annually. This role is eligible for an annual bonus. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
