Position Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Senior Security Engineer to join our dynamic security team. This role is critical in ensuring the security of our technology infrastructure, protecting sensitive data, and mitigating cybersecurity risks. You will work alongside a team of experts to design, implement, and maintain security solutions across our organization. This is a hand-on role were flexibility, dependability, and exceptional problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of engineering and corporate labs, applications, endpoints, systems, and networks
- Identify and address network and system vulnerabilities and data integrity threats
- Provide input, coordinate, and participate in testing new security designs, measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and participate in the change management process
- Monitor a comprehensive cybersecurity program, including ongoing system patching to address known vulnerabilities and utilizing tools and frameworks to prevent, detect, and mitigate cyber threats
- Respond to system and network security breaches in support of the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)
- Collaborate with operational risk, compliance, legal, and audit teams and support privacy-based implementations for business and regulatory requirements
- Investigate incidents by correlating information from tools such as EDR, NDR, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, sandboxes, and live forensics
- Create and fine-tune monitoring rules in SIEM for onboarded technologies (e.g., Windows, Linux, Firewall, Proxy, O365, IPS).
- Conduct cyber risk assessments using frameworks or standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, PCI, CIS Top 20, CMMC, or other industry measurement tools.
- Maintain a results-oriented focus with a strong emphasis on quality.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and provide strategic guidance for proactive security measures.
- Automate security processes using scripting and cloud security tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in network security, including LAN, WAN, cloud-based environments, monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Proven experience in implementing security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
- Solid understanding of Windows, Macintosh, and Linux systems.
- Knowledge of regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.
- Knowledge of utilize OSINT tools like VirusTotal, AbuseIPDB, IPVoid, and Shodan to investigate security incidents.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, GCFE, GCIH, GREM, OSCP.
- Experience with public and private clouds: AWS, Azure, OpenStack, KVM, HyperV, VMWare.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to represent and advocate complex technical concepts externally.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Manager to own end-to-end quality for SonicOS, the core operating system powering SonicWall’s next-generation firewall products. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define quality strategy, drive automation and test infrastructure investments, and partner closely with Product Management, Development, Release Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams to ensure every release meets high standards of reliability, security, and customer trust.
You will be responsible not just for test execution, but for shaping how quality is built into the product lifecycle — from early design reviews and threat modelling to release readiness and post-release learning.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Strategy & Release Ownership
- Define and continuously improve the QA strategy for SonicOS across major releases, patches, and hotfixes
- Establish quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and clear release readiness standards
- Drive risk-based testing and shift-left practices to catch issues early
- Own go/no-go decisions for releases from a quality standpoint
Firewall Domain & Technical Leadership
- Provide strong technical leadership across firewall features such as:
- Stateful firewall, NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), routing, HA
- Security services like IPS, DPI-SSL, Gateway AV, App Control, Web Filtering
- Review PRDs, design documents, and architecture proposals with a quality & security mindset
- Define comprehensive test strategies covering:
- Functional correctness and complex E2E customer workflows
- Performance, scale, and stress (throughput, sessions, DPI impact)
- HA failover, upgrades/downgrades, config migrations, and long-run stability
- Champion security and negative testing to validate abuse cases and threat scenarios
Automation, CI/CD & Test Infrastructure
- Define the long-term automation vision (UI, API, CLI, E2E) and measurable coverage goals
- Partner with automation leads to build scalable, reliable frameworks integrated into CI/CD
- Drive stability and reliability of automated test suites (reduce flakiness, improve signal)
- Own strategy for testbeds spanning hardware appliances, virtual firewalls, and cloud deployments
- Work with infra teams to ensure availability, capacity planning, and reliability of test environments
Execution Excellence & Metrics
- Own and track key quality metrics: defect leakage, escape rate, regression effectiveness, automation ROI, flakiness trends
- Lead regular release readiness and quality reviews with senior stakeholders
- Drive deep root cause analysis for production escapes and systemic quality gaps
- Convert learnings from field issues into preventive quality improvements
People Leadership & Stakeholder Influence
- Build, mentor, and retain a strong leadership bench of QA managers, leads, and senior engineers
- Set clear expectations, career paths, and technical growth plans for the QA organization
- Influence engineering leadership and PMs to prioritize quality, reliability, and customer impact
- Represent QA in leadership forums, customer escalations, and cross-functional reviews
Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of total technical experience, including at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role
- Strong background in testing firewall / network security products or similar system software
- Deep understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPN, HA, IPS/DPI concepts, authentication mechanisms)
- Experience owning quality for complex, large-scale system software releases
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling QA teams across geographies
- Strong exposure to automation strategy and CI/CD-driven quality practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical stakeholders

- Prior experience with SonicOS or comparable firewall OS platforms

We are seeking a seasoned Platform / Site Reliability Engineer to lead the evolution and performance of our Kubernetes-based production environment. In this role, you will drive reliability, scalability, and observability across mission-critical systems while working hands-on with Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, and modern infrastructure automation. You will partner closely with Engineering and Support teams to optimize system performance, influence architectural decisions, and build resilient platforms that enable business growth at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, scale, and enhance our Kubernetes production platform
- Improve the performance, reliability, and availability of production systems
- Ensure comprehensive observability across services, infrastructure, and applications (metrics, logs, traces, alerts)
- Diagnose and tune database and service performance across distributed systems

About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build the Cloud Secure Edge Admin Console, the interface used by IT Administrators and Security teams to manage access policies, monitor devices, configure alerts, and analyze real-time connectivity. As a Frontend Engineer, you will build modern, responsive, high-quality interfaces using TypeScript, React, ag-Grid, Highcharts, Storybook, and our internal component library.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help lead the technical direction of the Cloud Secure Edge Admin Console, the interface used by IT Administrators and Security teams to manage access policies, monitor devices, configure alerts, and analyze real-time connectivity.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will shape frontend architecture, elevate code quality, mentor other engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable enterprise experiences. You’ll work with modern web technologies, including TypeScript, React, ag-Grid, Highcharts, Storybook, and our internal component library.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features, owning them from conception to delivery.
- Define and evolve architectural patterns, component abstractions, and best practices for performance, accessibility, testing, and maintainability.
- Work closely with Product and Design to evaluate requirements, break down features, identify edge cases, and provide clarity on technical feasibility and trade-offs.
- Mentor and support other Frontend Engineers through design reviews, pair programming, and coaching.

About the Role
SonicWall is looking for a Test Engineer with strong experience in network security and firewall testing, along with hands-on automation skills, to support validation of SonicOS releases. In this role, you will work closely with Development, QA, and Release teams to ensure product quality through functional, system, and regression testing while driving automation-first testing practices. This position is ideal for engineers passionate about networking, cybersecurity products, and test automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, system, regression, and verification testing for SonicOS features and releases.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and automated test scripts.
- Convert manual regression test cases into automation to improve coverage and execution efficiency.
- Develop test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases aligned with product requirements.
- Validate bug fixes and perform end-to-end workflow testing.

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Staff Engineer with deep expertise in Firewall/Security testing and strong hands-on automation. This role requires technical leadership, end-to-end ownership of test strategy for assigned components, and building scalable automation and test tools to ensure high-quality SonicOS releases.
