What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
• Own full-cycle recruiting across tech, consulting, corporate, and delivery roles
• Craft compelling job ads and run creative, targeted sourcing campaigns
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a stellar candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our ATS and recruitment dashboards
• Champion our brand in the market – whether on LinkedIn or in-person events
• Leverage internal tools such as Athena HR (our AI-powered assistant) and smart workflows to speed up recruitment and automate routine tasks
• Contribute to projects that improve our hiring efficiency, diversity, and data insights
• Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent intelligence across the region

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or tech environments
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networks

As our Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial health of the business, supporting our growth journey, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Do

The key responsibilities for this role are outlined below. However, they may evolve as the business grows and transforms:

• Lead the day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cash management
• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, GST submissions, and audits.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Drive the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial partners.
• Analyse financial data and trends to support executive decision-making and business planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to ensure sustainability and resilience as we scale.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in dynamic or fast-growing organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking.
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving improvements.
• A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
• Experience working independently, with a hands-on approach to solving complex financial challenges.
• Familiarity with Xero or similar cloud-based accounting systems will be an advantage.

The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Your Role & Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration
• Organize soft copies of employee records

• Provide support in all government related claims submission
• Employee onboarding and offboarding

Recruitment

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles and industries
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners

Policies & Compliance

• Ensure compliance to all government/statutory regulations under the Employment Act.
• Update the Employee Handbook, HR policies and related procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human requirements and conducting investigations
• Support industry standards certifications ie ISO, DPTM, etc

Learning & Development

• Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
• Organise company’s material learning and sharing
• Coordinate and track employee trainings/certifications  

Employee relationship

• Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience
• Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
• Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
• Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety

Performance Management 

• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
