We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to work on a specific project under a fixed-term contract. You will support data-driven decision-making across our Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop analytical skills while working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, validate, and transform data to support operational reporting and analysis
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools Tableau or Foundry
• Monitor and track key operational KPIs and performance metrics
• Deliver recurring reports accurately and on time to relevant stakeholders
• Perform basic analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data
• Support ad-hoc requests and provide clear, actionable insights

The salary for this position starts from 1800 gross/month, depending on your experience. 

The Shift4 Onboarding Operations team is responsible for delivering a fast and frictionless customer onboarding, enabling our customers to process payments and use our services in accordance with their agreement, whilst maintaining compliance and alignment with company and regulatory requirements. We are seeking detail-oriented and dynamic professionals to join our cross-functional Onboarding Operations team. In this role, you will be empowered to handle the foundational tasks across the entire merchant onboarding lifecycle, from initial system entry and compliance checks to account configuration and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the initial entry of new customer applications and details into core operational systems to formally begin the onboarding process
• Perform preliminary checks on application forms to ensure completeness and flag any missing required information before further processing
• Complete foundational Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) checks
• Conduct basic sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks using designated tools and escalate any potential risks or red flags
• Set up and configure accounts within various processing platforms to enable the products and services the customer has subscribed to
• Process and track hardware (POS/terminal) orders for shipment to our customers
• Process routine changes to existing merchant accounts, such as (but not limited to) address changes, banking updates, or product configuration changes
• Strive to complete all tasks accurately and within established and agreed timescales
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be required by the management team.

• Have a basic understanding of technology or have the desire to learn

The company is looking for an HS (High Speed) Onboarding Associate to join the Risk & Underwriting Team. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, they will provide support to the company globally and will work closely with team members and team lead on a wide range of day-to-day issues.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out business model checks of small merchants onboarding under the payment facilitator
• Performing KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to verify identity and legitimacy
• Conducting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) assessments to evaluate potential financial crime risks
• Using internal systems such as Salesforce to access and manage merchant data
• Working with external verification tools and portals, including Visa, Mastercard, and World-Check
• Liaising directly with internal teams, such as Legal, Fraud, Financial Risk, and Sales Operations Managers to obtain KYC documentation
• Ensuring that data storage, whether electronic or physical, is in line with internal and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with other teams to ensure compliance with the relevant Card Schemes Rules and Regulatory requirements as pertain to merchant application files
