Electric Aerospace Product Systems Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsible for power battery safety analysis, identification of relevant system requirements, and completion of the formulation and discussion of power battery related technical standards
Write the data specification of power battery for airworthiness design, supported the compilation and review of power battery airworthiness forensic documents, and supported the docking work of power battery airworthiness certification
Responsible for power battery certification foundation determination, conformance method confirmation, conformance verification, conformance data compilation and other work, provide technical advice and guidance, extract and transmit airworthiness requirements and track implementation, ensure that product design, production, test, installation, test flight and other work meet airworthiness requirements
Responsible for the safety analysis of power battery at all stages, including the following tasks: power battery functional safety hazard analysis FHA, use fault tree FTA for power battery safety analysis PSSA SSA, common cause analysis CCA
Responsible for the review of power battery at each stage of research and development to ensure the safety level of products
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in airworthiness engineering, aeronautical engineering, system engineering or related
Experience in civil aircraft or system equipment R&D engineering or airworthiness forensics; familiar with the development process, technical standards and industrial specifications of civil aircraft products; experience in 23 or 27 aircraft airworthiness forensics or authorized representative qualification is preferred
Familiar with CAAC/FAA/EASA related airworthiness regulations, standards and management procedures, familiar with ARP4754A/4761 and DO-178/254/160 is preferred

Data Product Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for battery data and algorithm product planning, design and product lifecycle management
Had a deep understanding of battery business, continued business research, planned and designed prototypes of data and algorithm products, and cooperated with business parties and product R&D to implement data products.
Managed and followed up routine iteration projects of data products to ensure the smooth launch of each version
Focus and track the development trends of the same industry at home and abroad, and constantly carry out product model innovation and business iteration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years of data or algorithm product experience, with battery industry big data and algorithm product experience is preferred

Senior Battery Cell Modeling Scientist - Simulation
Responsibilities
Responsible for building cell mathematical simulation models (physical models and data-driven models) to predict the performance of Li-ion batteries/Li-metal batteries under various working conditions, including dynamic performance, lifetime decay, electrochemical and thermal response, and safety-related cell behavior
Design and advance experiments to obtain parameters/data required to build cell models
Work with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, test, and maintain models
The electrochemical/thermal data of the cell under different working conditions are generated by using the certified physical model of the cell to provide data support for the establishment of the data-driven model
Establish a standardized process for cell physical modeling to reduce the resources/time required for modeling
Work with the battery team to determine and achieve battery performance life goals
Qualifications
Master’s degree or above, more than 5 years of battery related research/work experience
Basic knowledge of cell electrochemistry (P2D), thermal, mechanical modeling and simulation. Familiar with electrochemical principle, simulation parameter measurement method and corresponding equipment
Familiar with various battery-related models/algorithms, and have experience in using cell model software (COMSOL, Ansys, PyBaMM, etc.)
Experience in building data-driven models (statistical analysis, machine learning, AI)
Proficient in code development tools, such as Python or Matlab
