Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring LMFT, LPC, and LCSW providers to provide remote/telehealth care throughout Virginia.
We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout.
We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout. This is a remote/tele-health position; Child and Adolescent focus required; Afternoon/Evening availability is required.
What we offer:
40-hour workweek includes:
- Annual Salary of $80,000
- License fees paid
- Liability insurance coverage
- 401(k) account with contribution matching
- In-House CEU Program including 42+ hours of virtual and in-person CEU classes every year
- Gym membership stipend
- 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and paid holidays annually
- Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family
- Collaborative team approach
- Insurance claims entirely handled by our staff
- Pre-qualified clients
- Excellent comprehensive benefits
- Weekly group consultations with fellow providers
- Support in continuing education in order to earn desired certificates
- Potential for growth into lead positions
We’re Seeking Professionals Who:
- Are located in Virginia and have an active Virginia professional license LMFT, LPC, and LCSW
- Have experience with child/adolescent therapy
- Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care
- Have experience personally conducting treatment in an outpatient setting
- Are technologically savvy; computers, Electronic Medical Records (EMR's), telehealth, Google apps, etc.
- Empower their clients through education and resources
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are timely, diligent, and work well in a team
- Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma
- Have active professional liability insurance (preferred), and valid NPI number

- Completion of 3000 supervised hours of practice post-Master's program and successful completion of the NCMHCE test (or it’s equivalent) AND
- Provide 3 (three) professional references from the past 2 (two) years (professional references must have active licensure)

- Minimum 25 billed hours
- Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm (can flex 10am-7pm if prefer)
