Was wünschen wir uns von Dir?

• Weiterentwicklung der Scout24 Equity Story sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Investor-Relations-Stakeholder
• Steuerung und Umsetzung zentraler IR-Projekte (z. B. Capital Markets Day, Reporting, Publikationen) inkl. Planung, Stakeholder-Management und Qualitätssicherung
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Optimierung von Finanzpublikationen unter Berücksichtigung kapitalmarktrelevanter Anforderungen
• Erstellung von Investorenpräsentationen, Q&As sowie Redemanuskripten für das Management
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Hauptversammlungen inkl. Unterlagen, Abstimmungsprozessen und Kommunikation
• Analyse von Analystenberichten zur Ableitung von Marktkonsens und strategischen Implikationen
• Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Mitteilungen sowie weiteren IR-relevanten Pflichtveröffentlichungen und internes Reporting an Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat
• Steuerung externer Partner sowie Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und Governance-Themen im IR-Kontext

Was bringst Du schon mit? 

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Investor Relations Umfeld eines börsennotierten Unternehmens oder in einer kapitalmarktnahen Funktion
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzberichterstattung, Rechnungslegung und Kapitalmarktmechanismen
• Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
• Überzeugendes Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management auf Senior-Level
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Zusatzqualifikationen (z. B. CFA, CIIA, CIRO) sind ein Plus
• Erfahrung in der effektiven Nutzung von KI-Tools zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Problemlösung, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Our Treasury team is looking for support at the earliest possible date at our Berlin or Munich office.

How your role will look like:

• Payment & Treasury Operations: Manage group-wide payment operations, including payment approvals and the implementation and maintenance of the group payment policy. Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital payment processes.
• Liquidity & Cash Management: Oversee operational liquidity planning in close coordination with the accounting teams across Scout24 Group entities, optimize the group cash pooling structure, and prepare liquidity and cash flow reporting.
• Reporting & Financial Steering: Prepare regular treasury reports for Management and the Supervisory Board, support working capital management and optimization, and contribute to investment decisions through financial analyses.
• Systems & Treasury Projects: Support the finance organization in the effective use of treasury management systems, contribute to treasury-related strategic initiatives, and support the integration of newly acquired entities into the Scout24 Group.
• Banking Relationships: Act as a key contact for corporate banking partners in Spain.

What you need to succeed:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in finance, including at least 2 years in treasury or within a banking environment in Spain.
• Analytical Accuracy: High level of attention to detail combined with a structured and reliable working approach.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish, German and English, both written and spoken.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong team orientation with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a high degree of self-organization.
• Learning Agility: Curiosity, flexibility and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
• Tools: Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Coupa Treasury (tm5), FXAll or Eikon (Reuters) considered an advantage.
• AI: Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
