About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will get results for the financial close, budget, and forecast while partnering extensively with leadership at Salsify to provide planning insight and decision support. The Senior Financial Analyst will work cross-functionally to synthesize data inputs, perspectives, and business objectives to model financial outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
Salsify is a highly collaborative environment, and FP&A has the privilege of working closely with every team. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to converse at the appropriate level of financial understanding for various internal partners. As a member of the Finance Team, you will play a meaningful role in identifying and implementing process and technology efficiencies as we continue to scale for accelerating growth!
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead the financial planning processes related to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Present outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders across Salsify and within the Finance team.
- Package and present key findings from detailed analysis and comprehensive financial modeling.
- Collaborate closely with other G&A groups: accounting, talent acquisition, business operations, compensation/rewards, and legal/security.
- Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Share business results and work with budget owners throughout Salsify to incorporate investment needs responsibly.
- Participate in monthly close meetings and submit deliverables for management reporting.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and support financial modeling for different areas of the organization.
- Be a key part of a phenomenal team in an organization that values true Finance partnership.
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in finance.
- BS degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related subject area.
- Experience working at a technology and/or high-growth company.
- Proficiency with Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Experience with SaaS and/or recurring revenue model experience, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data, ability to problem solve individually and collaboratively.
- Possess the desire and need to truly understand results and underlying data.
- Operate well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of financial priorities and requests.
- Appreciation for iterative processes, open to constantly incorporating feedback and changes.

About the Opportunity
As the Manager of Managed Services Delivery, you will lead the team responsible for delivering successful syndication and related managed services to our brand customers. This role focuses on building and scaling managed service delivery, ensuring client success through content syndication, product data management, Salsify administration, and other essential managed services. You will also play an active role in evolving and shaping managed service offerings as Salsify’s product capabilities expand, including increased use of AI-driven workflows and automation.
You'll lead an US and offshore delivery team to meet client SLAs while driving high levels of client satisfaction through continuous service improvement in a fast-changing product and market environment.
Success in this role requires excellent organizational, people management, and communication skills, as well as a commitment to optimizing processes and ensuring consistent client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, fostering partnerships that drive better service outcomes for our clients. Your ability to lead offshore teams, develop talent, and ensure services meet quality and performance metrics are key. Success in this role also depends on your creativity and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to collaborate across departments to enhance service offerings and resolve issues. The Manager of Managed Services Delivery reports directly to the VP, Customer Success and Services.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Own and oversee day-to-day delivery of contracted managed services, ensuring SLAs, quality standards, and customer outcomes are consistently met.
- Maintain strong client relationships through reliable, high-quality service delivery, including participation in service reviews and customer QBRs as needed.
- Establish, standardize, and continuously improve processes for Managed Services engagements to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Lead the offshore Managed Services delivery team, ensuring teams are well supported, work is executed efficiently, and issues are addressed quickly.
- Personally manage escalations from direct reports, following a clear escalation path to executives and driving issues through to resolution.
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members, including building a candidate pipeline and running a rigorous hiring and interview process.
- Ensure the right metrics, dashboards, and reporting are in place to manage performance, risk, reliability, and cost-effectiveness internally and externally.
- Manage resourcing and scheduling to ensure the right skills are aligned to the right work at the right time.
- Assess customer feedback and operational data to refine services, improve delivery models, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (Sales, CS, Product, and Operations) to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and develop new solutions.
- Proactively identify and support managed services growth opportunities with a value-driven mindset, working closely with Sales to expand account value.
You'll enjoy this role if you have:
- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in managed services, program management, or customer-facing delivery roles within an e-commerce or SaaS environment, including demonstrated ownership of service delivery and outcomer.
- A proven track record of building, managing, and scaling managed services or delivery teams, with strong operational and financial accountability.
- Deep experience in customer-facing roles, including service delivery, account stewardship, and executive-level communication.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies simultaneously.
- Demonstrated people leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and hiring for distributed or offshore teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners.
- Experience operating in environments with defined SLAs, performance metrics, utilization targets, and continuous improvement expectations.
- Comfort partnering with Sales and Customer Success to support growth, scope expansion, and renewal conversations without owning a quota.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is essential.
- Direct experience using the Salsify platform is strongly preferred.

About the Opportunity
This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, established to ensure Salsify’s value-capture engine operates with maximum efficiency, integrity, and scalability as we grow. You will own the strategic development and operationalization of Salsify’s pricing and packaging frameworks, bridging the gap between product value creation and commercial execution. This role is responsible for the governance of our global price book, translating complex market and product insights into a clear, scalable commercial model that drives sustainable growth.
You are a highly analytical and diplomatically-minded leader who excels at aligning the strategic goals of Product, Legal and Finance with the practical needs of the Commercial organization. You will define the best practices for value-based pricing while establishing the controls needed to maintain margin integrity and simplify the buying process. Your success will be measured by the optimization of our Average Customer ARR, the reduction of pricing-related friction in the sales cycle, and the long-term expansion of customer lifetime value.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead Pricing Strategy & Packaging: Design and implement global pricing models that align with the value our products deliver, ensuring Salsify remains competitive and profitable as we scale from $170M to $300M+.
- Price Book Governance: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SKUs, including product and entitlements definition, discounting practices, and the maintenance of our global price book to ensure accuracy across all systems.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Product, Legal, Commercial, and Finance to ensure new product launches are effectively priced, packaged, and enabled for the sales force.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with the Business Systems and Deal Desk teams to ensure pricing logic is seamlessly integrated into Salesforce and CPQ, providing sales teams with the tools to quote confidently.
- Analytics & Performance Framework: Develop and manage key performance metrics to provide leadership with timely insights into pricing elasticity, discounting trends, and the impact of packaging changes on win rates and renewals.
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Pricing Strategy, Business Operations, or Finance management, with a proven track record of scaling pricing functions in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Deep expertise in SaaS monetization models, including value-based pricing, usage-based mechanics, and complex multi-product packaging.
- A strategic problem-solver mindset, capable of navigating complex commercial challenges and managing the trade-offs between market flexibility and financial risk tolerance.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, particularly the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders with often-competing priorities.
- Familiarity with sales technology systems, specifically Salesforce and CPQ, and how they are used to operationalize pricing policy.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with structured thinking and data analysis; experience with SQL or BI tools is highly preferred.
