Runwise is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead the team responsible for proactively managing building performance and ensuring customers achieve long-term success with the Runwise platform.
This is a leadership role responsible for scaling the Customer Success organization as Runwise continues to expand across new markets and thousands of buildings.
As Director of Customer Success, you will manage the team responsible for proactively monitoring building performance, optimizing system settings, and ensuring customers achieve measurable energy savings.
You will oversee Customer Success Managers responsible for large portfolios of buildings and work closely with Customer Support, Field Operations, and Engineering to ensure issues are resolved quickly and systems operate efficiently.
This role requires someone who understands how to scale customer success operations in a hardware + software environment and can build processes, metrics, and playbooks that support continued growth.
Salary: $150,000-$180,000 annually (Based on experience)

As VP, Customer Service, you will lead the teams responsible for ensuring Runwise customers receive best-in-class support, seamless onboarding, and proactive system optimization. You will oversee the leaders of Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Success, creating a unified customer experience strategy across the organization. This includes building scalable processes, defining operational metrics, and developing high-performing teams capable of supporting thousands of buildings nationwide. This role requires a leader who is both strategic and operational - able to set long-term direction while staying deeply connected to customer outcomes and day-to-day service performance. You will work cross-functionally with Field Service, Engineering, Product, Scheduling, Sales, and Operations to ensure customer systems are installed correctly, supported quickly, and continuously delivering value.

The Role
As an SDR at Runwise, you will be charged with helping Runwise expand our footprint and find our next great customers. You will learn industry dynamics, organization structures, and be a compelling voice to spark prospect interest. SDRs are responsible for making initial contact with target building owners and property managers and get to work with our talented team of Account Executives to convert over new customers. SDRs set the tone for the entire sales cycle and will learn how Real Estate teams make buying decisions.
The right candidate is someone who is goal oriented, thinks out of the box, has solid presentation skills, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate also understands how to assess a company’s needs and specifically cater the outreach to each prospect.

This entry-level position requires an aspiring self-starter and someone that can effectively process inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.
Salary range: $85,000- $100,000 on target earnings (65% salary and 35% commission) with uncapped commission and additional monthly sales contests.
