Job Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic, organized Social & Influencer Manager to serve as the connective tissue of our growing department. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day execution, interfacing across a handful of departments. You’ll be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, confidently own your workstreams, proactively drive initiatives forward, and effectively manage up to ensure alignment, visibility, and momentum. We have robust plans across social, influencer, and PR in 2026, and you will be a key collaborator in fitting the puzzle pieces together and ensuring that our social storytelling and influencer activations work in harmony.
You will take ownership of Ruggable’s influencer strategy and gifting approach end-to-end, while also supporting the identification and sourcing of brand partners aligned to our Ideal Partner Profiles (IPP). You will mentor our Social Coordinator, helping guide them on social strategy development and strengthening their social listening skills, while assisting with the finer details of fast-moving campaigns and evergreen brand-building content. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented, and seasoned Senior Digital Analyst to lead the reporting integrity and performance visibility for the Ruggable site. Reporting to the Director of Reporting, Analytics & Insights, you will serve as primary authority on site data, ensuring our data architecture, from reporting to user journey analyses, is accurate, actionable and scalable.
The Senior Digital Analyst translates raw data into commercial action for the site. You are a power user of analytics platforms such as GA4 and Heap, with the technical agility to translate raw events data into user journeys and partner with Data Engineering to build reporting for insights. Beyond reporting, you are a strategic partner in site experimentation and personalization, with experience in platforms such as Ninetailed, Optimizely and Constructor, and providing clear performance/statistical results as well as scalable recommendations.

Job Summary:
The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will support the execution, optimisation, and expansion of Ruggable’s customer retention and engagement programmes across European markets. This role is highly operational and detail-driven, focused on ensuring high-quality execution across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail, while supporting performance reporting, localisation, and lifecycle experimentation.
Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, global and cross-functional partners, this role helps keep the lifecycle engine running smoothly, supporting campaign builds, QA, flow maintenance, and insight gathering that directly contribute to list growth, engagement, conversion, repeat purchase, and long-term retention.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to deepen their CRM and lifecycle expertise in a fast-paced, global DTC environment.
German language skills are a plus, but not required.

Ruggable is seeking a commercially-driven, analytical, and highly organized Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising to lead the delivery of a best-in-class global shopping experience. Reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce, you will be the primary architect of Ruggable’s digital storefront, ensuring our product catalog is presented with precision, relevance, and commercial intent.
Success in this role means moving beyond "site maintenance" to "active trading." You will work in close partnership with UX/UI, Creative Marketing, and Digital Content teams to build a cohesive user journey that balances storytelling with shopability. As an expert communicator with a rare taste level and a discerning eye for brand elevation, you possess a unique ability to weave data and commercial objectives into sophisticated briefs and on-site experiences that inspire creative teams and align leadership. You lead with a refined, confident POV, ensuring every user journey is culturally relevant, brand-consistent, and aesthetically superior.
