You Will:

• Provide administration support to all HQ RTB House Associates;
• Coordinate documentation workflow between Board Members, Legal Department, Associates and external service providers;  
• Be responsible for the signing process in RTB House;
• Negotiate contracts for services with external suppliers;
• Manage relationship with service providers; 
• Support Finance Department and Payroll Department;
• Prepare presentations and documents for the meetings;
• Modify internal documents including agreements, emails, reports;
• Organise business trips and accommodations;
• Develop, implement and improve policies and procedures for HQ;
• Conduct webinars and trainings for RTB House Associates.

Desired Experience:

• 2 years of experience in Administration and 2 years of Health and Safety area of expertise;
• Exceptional project management and communication skills;
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Positive, can-do attitude;
• Advanced English;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
