We are looking for a Senior Signals Specialist to join our Technical Solutions team and serve as a trusted technical partner for advertisers implementing and optimizing their ad signals.
In this role, you will work closely with priority advertisers to assess their technical stack, onboard them to conversions API and pixel-based solutions, and ensure high-quality signal capture through rigorous testing and QA. You will also support non-priority advertisers through reactive troubleshooting, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve signal-related issues efficiently. This is a hands-on, client facing role for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions that unlock performance outcomes.
Please note that this role is required to work in person from our SF office 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels
- Lead technical discovery calls to understand advertisers’ tech stacks
- Guide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validation
- Perform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data
- Advise on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategy
- Troubleshoot signal issues
- Diagnose discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, deduplication, and attribution gaps
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering to unblock advertiser issues and surface recurring signal gaps
- Identify trends in advertiser challenges and contribute feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflows
- Help shape internal best practices and playbooks for signal implementation and support
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in ad tech or related roles
- Hands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrations
- Strong understanding of ads signals including events, attribution, and data pipelines
- Experience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacity
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- BA/BS Degree

Our Global Mid-Market (MM) Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) team is seeking a Global Mid-Market Strategy & Operations lead to partner closely with cross functional partners to improve the demand generation ecosystem. This role will sit at the intersection of MM Sales, RTech, Central Ops, and MarOps, with a core focus of improving the demand generation engine for mid market. This includes in depth analyses, lead flow improvements, automation, (e.g., Gong, Salesforce), seller enablement and other areas that are critical to improving conversion rates.
This is a highly strategic and operational, hands-on role: you will be responsible for how leads move through our systems and how we continuously improve workflows to drive pipeline and revenue.
Location: New York City office three days a week
Responsibilities
Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development of the global MM demand generation strategy through analysis, experimentation, and structured recommendations.
- Propose and run test-and-learn initiatives to improve lead quality, routing, and seller productivity, with clear measurement and readouts.
- Identify root causes and opportunities to drive up conversion rates
Workflow Automation & Process Reliability
- Build and scale automated workflows in partnership with Marketing Ops, Central Ops and Sales (e.g., lead scoring, routing, follow-up cadences) that reduce manual work for sellers and increase speed-to-contact.
- Monitor daily system health, troubleshoot issues in SFDC, Gong, and related tools, and ensure high-fidelity data and process reliability.
- Act as a first-line problem solver for MM sales managers and reps on lead-flow and tooling issues, turning repeated pain points into scalable process or automation fixes.
- Translate qualitative feedback from the field into structured problem statements and prioritized solutions and work with cross functional teams to solve.
Outreach & Sequence Optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing and acquisition managers to engineer and iterate outreach sequences and playbooks that align to campaigns and MM objectives.
- Use Gong and other tooling to track performance, A/B test approaches, and recommend optimizations that improve conversion through the funnel.
Tooling, Reporting & Dashboard Ownership
- Ability to create reporting and run analyses to identify leads blockers
- Partner with RTech, Central Ops, and Analytics to define requirements for dashboards that give clear visibility into lead volume, quality, conversion, and SLA adherence.
Knowledge Sharing
- Serve as the subject matter expert on leads flows, automation and tooling.
- Document and socialize best practices and learnings from MM programs, and help “lift and shift” successful motions across regions and segments where appropriate.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, program management, or similar roles, ideally within B2B or ads businesses.
- Demonstrated experience owning or operating lead funnel processes (lead routing, scoring, SDR/AE workflows, or marketing automation).
Technical & Data Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and at least one of: Gong, marketing automation platforms, or sales engagement tools.
- Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and comfort working with large datasets; experience with SQL.
Operational Excellence:
- Proven track record of designing, documenting, and improving workflows that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Analytics/Engineering teams, with the ability to translate business needs into technical or process requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to balance global consistency with regional nuances.

- Structured, analytical thinker who can quickly get to the root cause of operational issues and propose pragmatic solutions.

We're looking for a Revenue Growth & Strategy Lead to own the design, execution, and optimization of Reddit's advertising incentives programs - one of our most important levers for driving revenue growth and shaping advertiser behavior. You'll lead the next phase of evolution for these programs as the business scales, building systematic, high-impact solutions that improve efficiency and unlock greater revenue potential.
This role is both strategic and operational, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product, with direct access to senior leadership, and will primarily own incentives while also jointly owning the monetization of Reddit’s premium reach Takeover products.
Location: Hybrid. Must be within commuting distance of a Reddit office (LA, SF, Chicago, or New York) with a 1x/week in-office expectation.
Responsibilities:
- Incentives Strategy & Program Design: Design and evolve incentive programs that drive incremental revenue, acquisition, and retention. Establish clear frameworks for when and how incentives should be used - including eligibility, targeting, and guardrails - and partner with Sales leadership to ensure programs align with seller behavior and go-to-market priorities.
- End-to-End Program Management: Own planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across all incentive programs. Oversee intake, review, and approval workflows to ensure timely, consistent execution. Set and maintain a clear operating cadence - including monthly reviews and quarterly planning - to track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability.
- Sales Rollout & Adoption: Ensure seamless rollout and adoption of incentive programs across sales teams. Simplify program structures and messaging so incentives are easy to understand and use in live deals, while balancing flexibility with program discipline.
- Scalable Systems & Processes: Lead the development of a centralized incentives workflow, including Salesforce integration. Standardize how incentives are created, approved, tracked, and reported, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational overhead.
- Governance & Controls: Define and enforce approval frameworks, budget tracking, and auditability across all incentive programs. Partner with Finance and Legal on compliance, accounting treatment, and risk mitigation. Improve visibility into incentive utilization and prevent budget leakage.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to assess incrementality and ROI. Analyze program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously iterate on program design based on data and insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and RevOps on all incentive-related initiatives. Drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs, and support leadership with clear reporting on incentive performance and investment.
- Premium Product Monetization: Support monetization of Reddit’s premium reach Takeover products by shaping pricing, packaging, and discounting frameworks that maximize revenue, yield, and market competitiveness. Partner cross-functionally to drive sell-through and operational rigor, analyzing demand and performance, refining rate cards and guardrails, and ensuring consistent, scalable execution for sales teams.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in strategy & operations, sales operations, management consulting, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience designing or operating incentive, pricing, or promotional programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional programs from the ground up
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking - able to translate ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, build ROI models, and derive insights from complex data sets
- Excellent program management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product
- Strong commercial judgment - able to evaluate incentive requests against ROI and guardrails, and make disciplined decisions that protect revenue quality and margin
- Experience in digital advertising and Salesforce is preferred
