We are building a brand-new AI product and are looking for a technical Senior Product Manager to lead it from concept to market. This is a greenfield opportunity: you will define what the product is, who it serves, and how it works. A core part of this vision is leveraging Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities to unify merchant customer data and power intelligent, personalized messaging experiences at scale.
You will partner closely with machine learning engineers, prompt engineers, product designers, and product engineers — and you'll be expected to go deep technically, not just facilitate. You can read code, write SQL, interrogate data pipelines, and stress-test ML model outputs firsthand.
All positions at Postscript are fully remote.

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the App Systems team, you'll be a high-ownership contributor to Fondue — Postscript's cashback, discounting, and incentives product — as well as broader offers and incentives infrastructure across the platform. App Systems owns some of Postscript's most critical systems: billing, entitlements, onboarding, and core merchant data. This role sits at the center of high-margin revenue and a product with a competitive, high-visibility roadmap.
You'll be working on evolving, distributed systems with significant greenfield opportunity — implementing AI-first development practices, decoupling monolithic dependencies, and driving the technical standards that allow Fondue to scale alongside Postscript's core platform. This is a high-autonomy role that demands independent investigation, strong technical design instincts, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing system health.
This position is fully remote and can be based in the US or Canada.

As Senior Engineering Manager for the Messaging Channels team at Postscript, you will lead a team of 8 highly skilled product and platform engineers who own the messaging backbone that every Postscript product ships through. Your team is responsible for (1) Flow Builder, Postscript’s automation product that merchants use to orchestrate their customer journeys, (2) the high-volume SMS campaign send engine that powers some of the largest DTC brands in the world, (3) the messaging platform and infrastructure that every other product at Postscript is built on top of, and (4) expansion into new channels that meet our merchants wherever their customers are. The team runs its own dedicated on-call rotation and sets the bar for operational rigor at Postscript.
Engineering Managers are directly responsible for day-to-day people management of their direct reports. They focus on leadership, people management, and delivery/execution duties. Our backend is primarily Python within an AWS architecture, with select services in Go, backed by Kafka, Postgres, and MongoDB, and is continually evolving to meet the scalability and complexity demands of high-volume messaging at ecommerce scale.
The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience leading both senior IC engineers at their career pinnacle and managers of smaller engineering teams. Additionally, the ideal candidate has a passion for operational excellence, high-volume distributed systems, running internal platforms for other engineering teams, and delivering great work that drives business value and improves the customer experience. Exposure to AI-powered product surfaces is a plus. Channels is the foundation that many of Postscript’s AI products are built on top of.

As a mid-senior level professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, primarily using AWS. You will be instrumental in implementing pre-designed infrastructure and deployment patterns, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient delivery of our products.

Our backend, primarily Python within an AWS architecture, is evolving to meet scalability and complexity demands. Your team will be responsible for building greenfield data platform capabilities necessary to power segmentation, targeting, and agentic experiences across Postscript’s product suite.
The ideal candidate has experience leading small to mid-size engineering teams building data-intensive products. They have a passion for data infrastructure, product engineering, and delivering great work that drives business value.
