Role Overview:

The Senior Account Manager is a key role, reporting to the VP, Account Management, and working in close partnership with both Customer Success and Sales Leadership. You will serve as a key partner to our customers and the  CS Team, offering strategic guidance and expertise to address client challenges and ensure our solutions align with their business goals. This is a high-impact role in the fast-paced and rapidly evolving ad tech industry, where you will have the opportunity to work with leading clients across top holding companies and independent agencies.

You will be responsible for driving success through consultative conversations with clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, relatable way, combined with your deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape, will be crucial in developing lasting client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation and Strategy: Serve as the primary strategic and lead resource during the pre-sales and sales process, closely collaborating with the sales team to understand and address client needs and objectives.
• Advertiser Renewals: Lead internal and external comms between client and planning team. Owner of media plan and powerpoint in partnership with SST and input from sales for alignment. Streamline RFP process by identifying and recommending strongest recommendation based on past campaign experience.
• Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our solutions, tailored to meet specific client needs.
• Tailored Solutions: Understand the technical requirements of clients and propose customised solutions that directly align with their business goals.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with internal teams—including CS, OpsFeasibility, Product, Marketing, & Operations —to ensure that we’re delivering solutions that meet client needs and comply with our best practices. 
• Communication and Training: Simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support to the am team, enhancing their understanding of our best practices, sharing learnings and boosting overall effectiveness.
• Industry Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to contribute valuable insights that inform/educate our customers and roadmap

What You Bring to the Party:

• 5 + years as an Account Manager or Client Lead at a digital agency or AdTech company
• Experience with social media or video particularly with YouTube and/or CTV
• Assertive, organized and detail-oriented 
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with a keen ability to distill data into clear and actionable takeaways
• Thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with superior customer support skills managing Tier 1 brands
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, particularly influencing and listening
• Confident and articulate presenter

Salary Info:

The pay range for this role is $120,000 - 140,000 total compensation with potential bonus opportunity and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.

The Role

The Campaign Manager plays a central role in the development and execution of YouTube/Google Ads video ad campaigns for Pixability customers.

You will be the liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, Product, and Engineering for all YouTube and Google Ads/DV360 initiatives. You will partake in the monetization of our platform, impacting our company’s bottom line by providing end-to-end campaign management. You will interact with client teams and peers regularly, reporting on progress and collaborating on campaign recommendations. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Advertising Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Traffic, pace, optimize, and report on YouTube video ad campaigns.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Google Ads platform including all campaign objectives, goals, subtypes, targeting options, & ad specs pertaining to YouTube video ad campaigns.
• Develop best practices for all YouTube campaign types including; Video Reach Campaigns, Video View Campaigns, Demand Gen Campaigns & more.  
• Interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable changes to increase client KPIs, to help develop benchmarks, and to forecast delivery,  
• Troubleshoot issues related to pacing, delivery, and scale to ensure campaigns stay on track and deliver in full and on-time for each specific flight.
• Help internal teams as well as clients with anything related to tracking/tagging/pixels to ensure we are properly capturing all website activity and conversion events.
• Proactively escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor client, competitor, and industry changes and share noteworthy insights with the broader team.
• Actively contribute to the overall success of the Campaign Management Team through proactive knowledge sharing, establishing best practices, conceptualizing automation features, helping to streamline processes, etc.
• Possess the ability to breakdown campaign complexities in a digestible way, and document all learnings so colleagues can benefit from your knowledge..
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to explore automation opportunities and to help implement repeatable processes to drive efficiency and scalability across campaign operations. 
• Participate in cross functional groups as a key representative of the Campaign Management team.
• Become an early expert on any new features/products/tools by helping spearhead testing initiatives  and provide updates to stakeholders on a regular basis. 

What You Bring to the Party

• 3+ years of relevant, hands-on digital advertising experience
• 3+ years of experience with paid social ad platforms or DSPs (Google Ads or DV360 experience is required)
• Experience with paid video campaigns (YouTube strongly preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Floodlight Tags, Conversion Actions, & Pixel Implementation as well as Pixel Troubleshooting.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Acute attention to detail with a keen eye on quality control
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; adept at collaborating cross-functionally and presenting to clients.

The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 total compensation. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The Role

The Sales Director role is to partner with brand advertisers and their agencies to align Pixability’s core products with client objectives to uniquely satisfy our client's needs, while contributing to Pixability's revenue growth. Our Sales organization is supported by knowledgeable and passionate individuals that are part of our Strategy & Planning, Customer Success, Insights, and Data Science teams. Our extensive experience working with leading brands across key verticals gives our sellers access to a huge repository of insights and success stories. 

What You Bring to the Party:

• Self-motivation and a drive to succeed within a team environment.
• A minimum of 5+ years of online media sales experience is preferred, with a track record of successfully exceeding revenue targets and consistently building a strong pipeline across a diverse list of accounts, especially Entertainment, Automotive and Consumer Tech.
• 5+ years of video sales experience (specifically YouTube or ConnectedTV) with an understanding of the paid social ecosystem and a history of selling both managed and licensed service models.
• Strong personal network with key agency contacts across video, search, social, investment and programmatic teams, at independent advertising agencies, and directly with brands.
• The ability to partner with brand marketers/agencies and formulate strategies based on client objectives and strategically position Pixability in the larger context of larger ad-tech and mar-tech investment.
• Successful experience using a solution selling/customer-centric approach to working with clients.
• Phenomenal presentation skills that bring data and analytics to life with an affinity for understanding and leveraging data to support your clients.

The pay range for this role is $140,000 - 175,000 USD. This role is eligible for commission + equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
