Account Manager
What you’ll do
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
- Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
- Manage existing relationships and grow them
- Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI-driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions
- Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies to deliver annual sales targets
- Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
- Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation, and contract signing process
- Working with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
- Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
- Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies in order to successfully sell
- Ability to present the full solution and conduct product demonstrations to customers

Your skill-set:
- 8+ years experience in strategic sales
- Proven record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation, and exceptional communication and presence
- Success closing license sales deals of 7 figures or more and experience with Complex contract managementExtensive experience in Account Management, growing existing business, and nurturing relationships Experience selling a complex product to executive buyers
- Ability to qualify a prospects need and/or challenge that can be solved by implementing our product given their budget, timeline, and authority
- Must be able to self-prospect to build qualified pipeline and also work collaboratively with a BDR
- Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
- Ability to work closely and cross functionally with engineering, marketing and product management as well as experience working with partners and alliances, and other internal stakeholders
- Must possess the appropriate level of math and analytical skill required to construct a financial business case

What you’ll do

- Develop at least three new qualified leads
Within 90 Days:
- Develop a forecast for 1H of 2025 and 2H of 2025.
- Conduct solo intro meetings with Contact Center Week
- Build a Business Plan for 2025
- Identify new pipeline >= 3X your quota

Solutions Engineer
US Remote
What you’ll do
- Lead the technical sales cycle in partnership with Account Executives, owning technical discovery, solution alignment, and demonstration strategy to drive technical wins across complex enterprise opportunities.
- Drive deep discovery engagements with prospects to uncover root business challenges, fraud risks, success criteria, and technical requirements, and translate those insights into tailored demonstrations that connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Design and deliver compelling, story-driven product demonstrations that align to industry-specific challenges (e.g., fraud prevention, contact center optimization, authentication) and clearly differentiate Pindrop’s value.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through problem definition, solution design, and decision-making using a consultative, hypothesis-driven approach.
- Lead proof-of-value (POV) engagements that validate technical fit, quantify business impact, and align with customer-defined success criteria.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes, building ROI-driven narratives that articulate value across fraud reduction, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including fraud leaders, contact center operations, IT, security, and executive sponsors, to align technical solutions with strategic business priorities.
- Partner closely with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales validation to implementation, including contributing to Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical documentation.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations that clearly communicate solution architecture, integration approaches (including APIs), and deployment considerations within complex enterprise environments.
- Maintain deep expertise in Pindrop’s solutions and the broader market landscape, including emerging fraud trends, competitive positioning, and contact center technologies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy and deal execution, contributing to qualification, technical win criteria, and accurate forecasting of opportunities within Salesforce.
- Support and lead responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ and security questionnaires, clearly articulating differentiated technical value and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, security, legal) to deliver accurate and compelling submissions.
- Represent Pindrop externally through customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, and industry events, reinforcing thought leadership in fraud prevention and identity security.

Deep technical background with specific experience in contact center technologies in large enterprises across banking, brokerage, insurance, and retail sectors.
