ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy is responsible for leading optimization projects to solve cross-functional supply chain challenges. Projects range from short multi-week sprints impacting a small team to long-term global cross-functional projects impacting multiple departments (E.g., sourcing, manufacturing, middle mile, final mile, transportation, international). You will play a key role in deciding Peloton’s future network, ensuring effective deployment of new capabilities, and in the planning and execution of efficient supply chain strategies.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Build relationships across internal teams as well as peer functions. Partner with Data Science, Warehousing and Transportation, Planning, Member Support, Enterprise Tech, and Finance to identify and advocate improvement opportunities
- Optimize the end-to-end global network strategy from manufacturing to Middle Mile Distribution Centers to Final Mile to minimize cost while delivering the best member experience possible
- Build analyses and business cases, execute key activities, resolve risks / issues, document key assumptions, provide leadership updates; identify cross-functional impacts and serve as the single point of truth
- Develop mechanisms to track savings, cost and service metrics impacted by these projects
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 6+ years experience in analytical/operational or consulting roles supporting Operations and Supply Chain teams
- OR Advanced degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting supply chain network optimization, transportation optimization, inventory optimization, or simulation projects
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
- Clear communicator with keen ability to present findings in succinct presentations; experience with executive communications
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented - ability to keep track of project impacting details and manage multiple, simultaneous programs with competing priorities
- Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making
- Experience in data analytics tools a plus (SQL, Looker, Python)
- Experience with network optimization tools
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking a Sales Support Lead, Consumer Sales to serve as a critical operational and leadership backbone for our consumer sales organization. This role is responsible for providing direct support to the consumer sales team, and ensuring that our sales team runs with maximum efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of Consumer Sales, you will act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting, process improvement, and administrative tasks within the sales funnel.
While this is a remote position, it requires a highly collaborative individual who can work across time zones to support our diverse North American sales teams.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Serve as the primary point of contact for answering real-time questions to support field team needs and drive same day conversion

Responsible for writing and maintaining schedules to ensure optimal coverage for the sales function

Proactively search for gaps in internal systems to identify operational issues or potential areas of loss and take appropriate partnership on resolution

Join escalated customer conversations via chat and phone to provide high-touch resolution and de-escalate sensitive situations

Independently resolve complex order issues, including address changes, cancellations, orders requiring follow up and Stripe payment discrepancies

Pivot to active selling during high-volume periods to ensure team targets are met and customer wait times are minimized

Review consumer sales team pipeline for accuracy and proactively identify and share opportunities with sales leadership

Analyze the consumer sales journey to identify conversion "leaks" and inform future support strategies

Translating high-level department goals into actionable daily workflows and removing bottlenecks to ensure team hitting targets
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, or a high-volume retail leadership role

Strong proficiency in sales behavior analysis and the ability to drive CRM adoption (Salesforce/Stripe preferred)

Demonstrated success in customer de-escalation across multiple channels (phone and chat)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and internal communications simultaneously

High energy and a "player-coach" mentality, comfortable moving between administrative tasks and active selling

Schedule flexibility: This role is expected to work a schedule that is variable, including nights and weekends

As the Prinicipal Architect of SRE for Internal Systems, you will lead the team responsible for the "Order-to-Cash," "Procure-to-Pay," and "Record-to-Report" lifecycles. You aren't just managing infrastructure; you are the architect of business continuity. You will lead a team of high-performing SREs to ensure our global SaaS ecosystem (NetSuite, Coupa, Workday) and underlying network infrastructure are resilient, observable, and ready to scale.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs. Conduct 1:1s, define career growth paths, and foster a culture of high accountability and psychological safety
- Transition from reactive support to proactive engineering. Align the team’s quarterly goals with broader Finance and Supply Chain digital transformation initiatives
- Architect observability across complex business paths (e.g., ensuring a customer order flows from e-commerce through supply chain into the financial ledger)
- Partner with business owners to define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets for critical SaaS integrations
- Own the Major Incident Response process for corporate systems. Ensure "War Rooms" are efficient and result in actionable improvements
- Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and systematic "toil" reduction
- Oversee the reliability of API-driven connections and identity management (Okta/Azure AD) across our tech stack
- Champion "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) to automate manual hand-offs between business systems using Python, Go, or Terraform
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, with 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles. You can translate a "database lag" into its specific impact on warehouse shipping or financial reconciliation
- Management of enterprise ecosystems (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Salesforce)
- Solid grasp of Networking (SD-WAN, VPNs), Identity (IAM), and Endpoint Management
- Proficiency with Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
- Proven ability to communicate technical risk to non-technical stakeholders (CFO, General Counsel, Head of People

- You have established a predictable sprint velocity and a clear 12-month reliability roadmap for your direct reports
