The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy is responsible for leading optimization projects to solve cross-functional supply chain challenges. Projects range from short multi-week sprints impacting a small team to long-term global cross-functional projects impacting multiple departments (E.g., sourcing, manufacturing, middle mile, final mile, transportation, international). You will play a key role in deciding Peloton’s future network, ensuring effective deployment of new capabilities, and in the planning and execution of efficient supply chain strategies.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager, 3PL Quality Improvement will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives across the North American Final Mile network. This position will work closely with key stakeholders in quality engineering, warranty, training, and member support to prioritize quality improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert on Final Mile Procedures and represent the Final Mile Operations team in all quality related initiatives. They will need to work with large data sets to identify root issues, set clear strategic goals, and drive cross functional alignment to ensure we are working towards a better member experience at installation.
The main goals of this position will be to drive down installation issues and improve the member experience at delivery. They will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all quality related procedures and information are accessible and in an easy to use format for our 3PL installation teams.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Execute data-driven quality improvement strategy to improve first-time installation success, reduce warranty claims, field failures, swaps, and return rates
Manage timelines, risks, and issues related to quality improvement initiatives
Work cross-functionally with business partners in quality engineering, warranty, training, and member support to drive down installation issues and improve the member experience at delivery
Run weekly and monthly reviews with Final Mile team to identify installation pain points and improvement opportunities
Partner with 3PL Managers to ensure SOP’s are accurate and that the deployment strategy for new SOP’s is clear and trackable
Partner with product, quality, safety, and documentation teams to update installation SOP’s
Own communication and status updates to team members and leadership on progress and risks to initiatives
Serve as the liaison between internal member support and 3PL Final Mile team to understand member pain points, update escalation paths, and implement strategy to improve member experience
Identify opportunities for quality improvement across final mile function (from scheduling to in-home experience)
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, preferred
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable field; inclusive of 3+ years leading direct reports to results oriented objectives and 2+ years of experience in process development, documentation, and deployment
Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
Experience with supply chain systems (Salesforce, Netsuite)
Experience in Looker and Parabola is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines
Thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter dynamic environment
Experience driving internal influence working cross-functionally on common goals
Demonstration of a growth mindset and team-first attitude
Travel Required up to 25% of the time

The Director of Supplier & Manufacturer Quality is responsible for leading and executing the global supplier quality strategy across our supply base and contract manufacturing partners, with primary operational leadership based in Taiwan. This role ensures that all externally manufactured products and supplied components meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and operational excellence throughout the supply chain.
The Director will build strong partnerships with suppliers and contract manufacturers, establish robust quality systems, and lead a high-performing regional quality team to support new product introduction (NPI), sustaining production, and supplier development initiatives.
Develop and execute the local supplier and contract manufacturer quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
Establish quality governance, metrics, and performance management systems across suppliers and CMs.
Drive risk-based supplier segmentation and oversight models.
Serve as the executive quality representative for Taiwan-based manufacturing operations.
Ensure supplier and CM compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring processes.
Oversee supplier audits (on-site and remote), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and manage supplier scorecards and KPIs (PPM, OTD, cost of poor quality, audit findings, etc.).
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure robust quality planning during NPI.
Drive APQP/PPAP (or equivalent) processes at suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Ensure readiness for mass production and smooth product transfer into manufacturing.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for supplier-related quality issues.
Implement structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, etc.).
Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Escalate critical supplier issues to executive leadership as needed.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional supplier quality team in Taiwan.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Global Quality, Product Safety & Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams.
Influence sourcing decisions based on quality performance and risk assessment.
Provide executive-level reporting on supplier and CM quality performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
12+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership roles, including supplier and/or contract manufacturer quality management.
Experience leading quality operations within Taiwan and broader Asia supply chains.
Demonstrated success managing global suppliers and complex manufacturing networks.
Experience in regulated industries preferred.
Deep knowledge of quality management systems and international standards (ISO, IATF, GMP, etc.).
Strong experience in supplier audits, qualification, and performance management.
Expertise in structured problem-solving and statistical analysis tools.
Experience with NPI quality processes (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.).
Proven ability to lead and influence across cultures and global teams.
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
