Job Summary
Veo is seeking a Bicycle & Scooter Repair Technician to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor adjustments to component replacements
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure safety standards are met
- Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Track and log maintenance and repair records using internal systems
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace
- Support field operations as needed, including battery swaps and vehicle redistribution
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of experience in maintenance, auto repair, or similar hands-on work
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology for daily tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automotive repair

Job Summary:
Veo is seeking repair technicians to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems, are comfortable working with their hands, and are passionate in helping make our communities safe and sustainable. No electric vehicle experience required but experience (professional or hobby) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles are a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo’s electric bikes/scooters from tightening a bolt to replacing a motor
- Conduct quality checks and routine inspection to ensure all vehicles meet our safety standards
- Follow processes to log and track maintenance record
- Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis
- Maintain excellent warehouse organization and set example for teammates
- Perform field tasks as needed such as: swapping batteries and redistribution
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1+ years of experience in maintenance/ auto repair
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Background Check that dates by 5 years.
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull electric bikes/scooters weighing up to 80 lbs
- Problem-solving mindset and self-motivated
- Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player!
Nice to have:
- Previous maintenance experience in bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automotives
- Basic knowledge in electronics

Our VeoBoost Program empowers independent contractors (or as we call them, “Boosters”) to partner with us at the forefront of that mission.
As a Booster (Logistics Service Provider), you’ll complete tasks that help keep our fleet charged, balanced, and ready to ride in your city. You run your own business, manage your own team, and help launch every ride that gets someone where they need to go, without a car.
What You’ll Do as a Booster.
As a part of the VeoBooster Network, you will be able to complete the maximum tasks you can given your resources. Those tasks include, but not limited to, the opportunity to:
- Battery Swap - Our vehicles need a boost, and we rely on the partnership with our Booster to complete battery swaps between vehicles.
- Vehicle Movement - To make sure vehicles are in the right place at the right time, and deployed appropriately, our boosters move the vehicles to the appropriate place.
What It Takes to be a Booster.
To join the VeoBoost program and become a Booster Partner with Veo, you must:
- Own and operate a registered business entity (LLC, S Corp, etc.).
- Be able to manage your own boosters or subcontractors, if needed, to complete tasks at scale.
- Provide proof of required insurance coverage (vehicle, liability, etc.).
- Comply with local regulations and city-specific requirements at all times.
- Have access to a reliable vehicle (van, truck, SUV) that can transport batteries.
- Be detail-oriented, reliable, and energized by a mission-driven partnership.
