Job Description – Objectstream, Inc. is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect to lead the design, upgrade, and modernization of our integration platform. This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-level initiatives including MuleSoft runtime upgrades, CloudHub 2.0 migration, and Anypoint Platform governance modernization. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in MuleSoft, strong architectural leadership, and experience with secure, scalable cloud integrations.

Job Responsibilities:

MuleSoft Platform Upgrade

• Lead the upgrade of MuleSoft runtime from MuleSoft 4.4 to 4.9 LTS with Java 17 compatibility
• Assess and remediate compatibility issues across APIs, connectors, and custom components
• Ensure adherence to MuleSoft best practices and performance optimization during upgrade
• Coordinate regression testing, deployment planning, and rollback strategies
• Document upgrade approach, risks, and mitigation strategies

CloudHub 2.0 Migration

• Architect and execute migration from CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0
• Design and configure Private Spaces, including secure networking and isolation
• Implement and manage VPN connectivity, DNS configurations, and certificate management
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security in the new CloudHub 2.0 environment
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams for seamless migration

Anypoint Control Plane Modernization

• Lead migration to Anypoint Teams for improved access control and governance
• Integrate MuleSoft platform with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) using group-based access control
• Design and implement role-based access models aligned with enterprise security standards
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for API lifecycle management
• Improve platform observability, auditability, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in integration architecture and API-led connectivity
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Proven experience with:
  • MuleSoft runtime upgrades (4.x)
  • CloudHub migrations (preferably CloudHub 2.0)
  • Anypoint Platform security and governance
• Strong expertise in Java (Java 11/17) and integration patterns
• Experience with networking concepts including VPNs, DNS, and TLS/SSL certificates
• Familiarity with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO integrations
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture

Preferred Qualifications: 

• MuleSoft Certified Architect or Developer certifications
• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Experience with API governance frameworks and enterprise integration patterns

Job Description – Objectstream, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure and operational support initiatives for a mission‑critical program in Atlantic City, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing call center / help desk operations (Tier 1 – Tier 3) as well as strong technical expertise across networking, infrastructure, and application support environments. This role requires a confident leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee project delivery, and ensure uptime and performance of complex IT systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support functions.
• Lead infrastructure and application support projects through full SDLC / operational lifecycle.
• Coordinate across engineering, network operations, and support teams to ensure service availability.
• Oversee implementation and administration of infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Manage configuration, release, and deployment pipelines including CI/CD setups.
• Collaborate with technical teams on switches, routers, Oracle RAC, Ansible Tower, and related infrastructure.
• Apply PMP methodologies for project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence extensively for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Work closely with team leads to enforce SLAs and process improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and performance dashboards.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience managing large‑scale technical or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in call center / help desk environments (Tier 1–3).
• Proven background in infrastructure and application support delivery.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence (expert level required).
• Strong hands‑on understanding of network devices (switches, routers) and monitoring platforms.
• Solid technical grounding in Electronic or Network Engineering and Database Engineering.
• In‑depth knowledge of Oracle RAC and Ansible Tower.
• Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• PMP certification (required).
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• If you are not a US citizen, you must have lived in the US for a consecutive 3 years out of the last 5 years.
