About the position:

ROLE IS BASED IN SYDNEY

The Territory Sales Manager will acquire new customers and sell additional use cases, products and services into existing accounts. Ultimately, the TSM is accountable for exceeding monthly/quarterly quota, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Netskope partner ecosystem. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of success as an Account Executive or SDR and is ready to move to the next stage and make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.

Responsibilities include:

Prospect new accounts, perform your own lead generation, qualify, develop and close new business.
Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed selling effort into the assigned territory/accounts.
Sell new accounts, customer satisfaction, and retention of Netskope solutions and services
Overachieve on sales targets by developing pipeline along with a high level of forecast accuracy
Sell through channel partners to qualify opportunities

Job Requirements:

2+ years of direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role/Account Executive
Experience selling security software or SaaS solutions
Verifiable track record of exceeding quotas
Understanding of enterprise web technologies
Success working with channel partners
Ability to present and sell by phone / web-demo.
Highly motivated self-starters, eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity
Expert with Salesforce.com

Education:

Bachelor Degree preferred.

About the Role:

As a founding member of the AI Consulting Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible to work closely with our GTM to drive the adoption and ultimately sales of Netskope AI Security portfolio of products.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sale & Sales Activities:

Assist the sales teams on technical discovery and positioning of Netskope AI Security portfolio of products with customers and prospects
Prepare, initiate and execute POV’s (Proof of Value) with the aim of achieving technical win and ultimately winning the business.
Work with the account teams to create a vision for prospects and customers that aligns with the overall Netskope vision but
Help create a strategic vision for customers based on deep understanding of their AI strategy, expectations and required capabilities.
Work with existing customers to understand efficacy and operational improvements that can be implemented

Evangelize the technology internally and externally:

Enable the field on how to engage, qualify and position the portfolio through presentations, creation of assets and documentation
Help create labs and other forms of enablement for the Systems Engineering team so they can engage and confidently present AI solutions to customers and prospects
Engage with customers and partners through the Netskope Community to answer questions and create necessary material like articles and presentations

Partner with Product Management:

Work with Product Management to help enhance the products based on requirements captured in the field and enhancements that promote better adoption and operation of those products.
Help test, experiment and document new products and releases related to the AI portfolio and work with Product Management and Engineering on fixes and improvements

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales
Previous experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting position with cybersecurity company
Previous experience in an AI startup (cybersecurity is a plus) where you had constant customer and sales-interactions (SE, SA, Implementation Engineer)
Good cloud computing experience in any of the three major Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Knowledge and hands on integration experience with relevant AI models (OpenAI, Anthophic, Meta, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and AWS models) including prototyping and implementation.
Understanding of AI prompt best practices and security testing is a plus.
Strong full-stack development skills with the ability of testing integrations, supporting customers on implementation
Experience building enablement assets through documentation, articles, videos and presentations
Good presentation skills and experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
Travel up to 50% of the time

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred

About the position:

The Channel Sales Manager will come on board with the full support of the executive team and local sales reps. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.

This position will serve as the Channel Sales Manager for Netskope and will support multiple sales teams in the territory. Channel Sales Manager is a strategic contributor to sales/marketing programs and the liaison within re-seller base for Netskope. Responsible for meeting assigned the quota for the region.

Responsibilities include:

Exceed territory quota
Manage all aspects of the VAR relationship
Business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, demand generation
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sale leadership to grow revenue in each territory by focusing on National and Regional re- sellers
Develop and Implement regional business plan with input from Regional Sales Managers
Recruit new partners in regions that are under-leveraged that can maximize the revenue potential for Netskope solutions
Work closely with Strategic National VARs on a field level.
Create tools and assist in the development of internal processes to enhance our current channel program
Coordinate channel enablement activities, SE training and inside sales organizations
Possess in-depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate the ability to articulate Netskope’ advantageous position to end users and partners
Manage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, Spiff Payments, and Sales process

Job Requirements:

4 + years of experience working with re-sellers as a CAM or Account Manager
Hunter mentality – ability to get in front of partner executives and show the value of Netskope to their business
Executive Level relationships with key partners in the region
Has worked with Netskope Strategic Partners: Optiv, Guidepoint, Presidio, AccessIT, Stratascale/SHI
Understands the re-seller business model and how Netskope fits into that model
Team Player – able to work well with all functional groups within Netskope
Track record of success and over-achievement in previous positions
Expert in Salesforce.com
60%+ Travel is required

About the position:

At Netskope, the Customer Success organization is dedicated to ensuring customers achieve measurable business value, improved security outcomes and long-term success with the Netskope cloud security platform.

We are seeking a proactive, technically strong, and customer-focused Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) to own post-sales success for enterprise customers. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic customer success leadership—driving adoption, utilization, risk reduction, and expansion by aligning business objectives to technical outcomes and business value realization.

Responsibilities:

Lead structured post-sales handoffs from Sale, capturing business objectives and translating them into technical outcomes and use cases, defining measurable success criteria to business value realization.
Drive a structured onboarding program that accelerates time-to-value and early adoption.
Lead regular cadence calls to monitor utilization, adoption & engagement proactively identifying and mitigating adoption risk.
Analyze support cases, telemetry, and usage trends to maintain visibility into overall customer health and escalate risks early to prevent churn.
Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) in alignment with GTM teams to review adoption, maturity progression, and customer health trends
Continuously monitor customer risk signals across adoption, usage, support & telemetry data and mitigate risk using customer success playbooks to ensure retention and long-term value with the broader organization (Sales, Solution Engineers, Support, Services).

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles supporting enterprise customers.
Strong expertise in SSE/SASE architectures, cloud security, information security, and threat prevention.
Hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs and controls would be a bonus
Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
Experience building business-aligned cloud and cybersecurity programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executives and technical teams.
Customer-centric, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to travel 5-10%.
