Job Summary: |

Financial planning is the foundation of Mercer Advisors. The Financial Planning Group is a centralized team of paraplanners that supports Wealth Management Teams nationwide by creating customized, comprehensive personal financial plans. This role is responsible for document analysis, data management, financial plan construction, ongoing maintenance, and implementation. Membership in the Financial Planning Group offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build strong technical expertise in preparation for a career in financial planning or as a future Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will prepare comprehensive financial planning modules using a variety of industry-leading software and proprietary tools. You will collaborate closely with in-house specialists in investments, tax, estate planning, and insurance solutions. Success in this position requires a genuine passion for financial planning, along with self-motivation, flexibility, strong attention to detail, a process-driven mindset, analytical skills, high follow-through, and excellent communication abilities. |

This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.
All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. |

This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.

Job Summary:
The Senior Portfolio Consultant I assumes a critical role in executing investment implementations for complex portfolio transitions and high net worth clients. This role is deeply involved in the investment process, serving as a point person for newly acquired firms assimilating to our investment platform and models. In addition, this role is pivotal in supporting the firm’s organic growth by developing investment deliverables for prospective clients. Collaborating closely with Wealth Advisors, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Trading departments, this role ensures strategic alignment and delivers exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling implementations for sophisticated investment portfolios and providing valuable insights to optimize client portfolios and enhance the client experience.
This role provides excellent opportunity for career acceleration and advancement to many areas within the company including Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, and Wealth Management.

Job Summary:
The Tax Team at Mercer Advisors prides itself on a collaborative, fun, and supportive work environment. The Tax Team collaborates with our wealth management teams to provide tax compliance services to our high-net-worth clients. The Tax Team comprises of tax professionals, including Enrolled Agents, CPAs, and accountants across the nation. We work directly with a wide variety of clients and tax matters.
As a member of the Tax Team, the Tax Associate is primarily responsible for the preparation of income tax returns, tax projections and analysis for our clients. The Tax Associate has a strong passion for client service and is eager to advance their knowledge in individual and entity tax preparation. The Tax Associate is personable, demonstrates superior communication skills, and possesses the flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced tax preparation environment.
