We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager who actively uses AI-assisted workflows in product discovery, documentation, analytics, and roadmap planning — and who thinks natively about how AI can transform both internal workflows and patient-facing experiences.
Role Overview
LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the operating system for modern virtual care — an AI-accelerated clinical engine, a high-converting e-commerce storefront, a consumer mobile app patients open every day, and intake infrastructure that moves at the speed our patients expect.
We move fast. We use AI to compress weeks into days. We expect extreme ownership — and we give it back to you.
A high-leverage, zero-to-one and one-to-ten role simultaneously. You'll own LumiMeds' most critical product surfaces:
- Consumer Mobile App — the habit-forming product patients return to daily
- E-commerce & Growth — storefronts, dynamic pricing, subscription engines
- Clinical Platform & AI — checkout → EMR → provider consultation flow
- AI-Powered Workflows — where LLMs replace or accelerate operations across the company
You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll build it — and own the outcomes, technical and commercial.
The Ideal Background
We're looking for someone who could have been a software engineer — and probably considered it. You've written code, read production systems, or shipped personal projects. You chose product because you care more about what gets built than how, but the "how" never stopped making sense to you.
You also think like an operator. You understand unit economics, LTV/CAC, funnel math, and margin — not as buzzwords, but as the lens through which you prioritize. You can explain why a feature matters in dollars, not just delight.
The best PMs here are indistinguishable from senior engineers in technical conversations, and from founders in commercial ones.
What You'll Actually Do
- Write tickets AI coding agents can execute. Your specs are precise, structured, and unambiguous. Claude Code, Cursor, or a junior engineer can run with them without a 30-minute sync. Acceptance criteria, edge cases, API contracts — all there. Your tickets ship, not loop.
- Ship with AI, not just talk about it. You prototype functional flows before engineering is involved. You read AI-generated code, spot where it breaks, and redirect. "Doing the work" includes spinning up a proof-of-concept in a day.
- Prioritize for commercial impact. Every roadmap trade-off has a revenue, retention, or margin consequence. You can model it, defend it, and kill features that don't earn their place — even ones you championed.
- Own interlocking systems end to end. E-commerce checkout → subscription lifecycle → clinical intake → mobile engagement loop. You understand the state machines deeply enough to catch edge cases engineering misses.
- Engage at the architecture level. Opinions about API design, data modeling, and system reliability — backed by technical specificity, not product intuition. You've shipped on Next.js/Node.js and understand how front-end choices propagate downstream.
- Drive the consumer loop. DAU, cohort retention, push open rates, conversion — you know these as intimately as your sprint backlog.
Design around compliance, not after it. HIPAA and SOC2 are day-one constraints, not post-launch surprises.
What You'll Own
- Consumer App — Mobile iOS/Android, daily-use health & treatment tracking
- E-commerce — Storefront, catalog, dynamic pricing, checkout
- Subscriptions & Billing — Recurring billing, lifecycle, dunning
- Clinical Platform — EMR integration, intake flows, provider UX
- AI Features — LLM-powered documentation, workflow automation, agentic ops
- New Initiatives — Sermorelin, peptides, NAD+ intake overhaul, website redesign
What We're Looking For
Non-negotiables:
- 5+ years in PM (e-commerce, fintech, or healthtech) — or a strong engineering background with a shift into product
- Hands-on AI use — you've built prototypes, automated workflows, or compressed delivery cycles with LLMs yourself
- Technical depth in modern web stacks (Next.js, Node.js, REST/tRPC) — enough to write precise specs and push back in architecture reviews
- Commercial fluency — you can reason about LTV, CAC, margin, and conversion, and translate them into product bets
- Proven ability to write tickets AI coding agents and engineers can execute with minimal back-and-forth
- Experience owning subscription or order-lifecycle state machines
- High agency — you decide, you don't wait
Nice to have:
- Software engineer, technical co-founder, or CS grad who crossed into product
- Shipped something built with an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic) to real users
- Launched a consumer mobile app with measurable retention — bring the numbers
- Built in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC2)
- Your tickets have been used directly as prompts for AI coding tools and it worked
- You've owned a P&L, run a side business, or can point to a product decision that moved revenue

Role Overview
LumiMeds is a high-growth telehealth platform building the next generation of virtual telehealth infrastructure. We are looking for an AI-First Full-Stack Engineer who treats AI not as a tool but as a core part of how they think, build, and ship.
This is not a role for someone who occasionally uses Copilot to autocomplete lines. You are an engineer who has rebuilt how you work around AI— using LLMs to generate scaffolding, reason through architecture, write tests, debug production issues, and ship faster than a team twice the size. Critically, you know how to orchestrate Claude agent teams to parallelize complex engineering work, treating a coordinated group of Claude agents as a force multiplier on top of your own output. You will balance 90% hands-on coding with 10% knowledge sharing, and you are expected to push the velocity ceiling of what one engineer can deliver.
Core Technical Domains
You will build and scale the following critical healthcare systems:
- EMR & Clinical Data Engine: Implementing high-availability Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems with complex data modeling for patient history and clinical notes.
- AI Clinical Copilot: Integrating LLMs to automate clinical documentation, summarize patient charts, and surface actionable insights for providers.
- Prescription Management (e-Prescribing): Building secure, auditable workflows for medication orders, pharmacy integrations, and state-machine-based fulfillment tracking.
- Virtual Care Infrastructure: Implementing real-time patient-provider interfaces, including WebRTC video, secure messaging, and async consultation flows.
- E-commerce & Checkout: Engineering high-conversion storefront experiences, including complex product catalogs, subscription billing models, and dynamic pricing engines.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Augmented Development: Use Cursor, Copilot, and LLM APIs as first-class engineering tools — not as an afterthought. Generate, validate, and iterate on code at machine speed.
- Claude Agent Team Orchestration: Design and operate teams of Claude agents to parallelize engineering work — breaking large tasks into agent-
- executable subtasks, managing context handoffs between agents, and coordinating outputs into coherent, production-ready deliverables. This is a core competency, not a bonus.
- Full-Stack Feature Ownership: Drive end-to-end delivery across Node.js backends and Next.js frontends, from schema design to production deployment.
- LLM Product Integration: Build and iterate on AI-powered product features — prompt pipelines, RAG architectures, structured output parsing, and agentic workflows embedded into clinical and consumer interfaces.
- Production Quality: Maintain high standards for API contracts, database schema migrations, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. AI-generated code is your code — you own its correctness.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems meet HIPAA/SOC2 standards, focusing on data encryption, audit logs, and PII protection.
Required Hard Skills & Tech Stack
Backend & API:
- Node.js & TypeScript: Strong command of async patterns, event-driven architecture, and runtime performance.
- API Design: Proficiency in RESTful, GraphQL, and TypeSafe APIs (tRPC).
- Database: Solid PostgreSQL fundamentals (joins, indexing, migrations) and Redis for caching.
Frontend:
- Next.js & React: Working knowledge of App Router, Server Components (RSC), and client/server data flow.
- State Management: Experience with TanStack Query, Zustand, or similar.
AI & Infrastructure:
- LLM Integration: Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI or Anthropic APIs into production environments — streaming, tool use, structured outputs.
- Claude Agent Teams: Demonstrated experience building and orchestrating Claude agent teams using the Claude Agent SDK. You know how to decompose a problem, spin up specialized subagents, manage inter-agent communication, and stitch outputs back into a reliable, production-ready result.
- AI Dev Tooling: Daily active use of Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent. You have strong opinions about how to prompt effectively.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3), Vercel, and GitHub Actions.
Candidate Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- AI-Native Workflow: You can demonstrate, concretely, how AI has changed the way you write and ship software. Portfolio or examples preferred.
- Full-Stack Range: Comfortable moving between backend logic and frontend implementation without hand-holding.
- High Agency: Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, self-direct, and make high-leverage decisions without constant supervision.

You are an engineer who can translate a Figma frame into a pixel-perfect, highly performant Next.js experience, architect the state model behind it, and use AI tooling to compress a week of work into a day. You know how to direct Claude agent teams to handle parallelizable work — generating component variants, writing test suites, auditing accessibility — so you can stay focused on the decisions that require human judgment. You will balance 90% hands-on coding with 10% mentorship, and you are expected to set the bar for frontend quality and velocity on the team.
Core Technical Domains
You will own the user-facing layer across our consumer and clinical platforms:
- Performant Marketing & E-commerce: Engineering lightning-fast, SEO-optimized storefronts and landing pages. You treat Core Web Vitals as a first-class deliverable.
