Wat mag je verwachten?

Je werkt nauw samen met teamleaders en QC‑analisten om materialen te reinigen en te desinfecteren en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht van stalen tussen verschillende productie‑ en logistieke zones. Dit is wat je zal doen: 

• Ondersteunen van kwaliteitscontrole: Je dagelijkse, praktische ondersteuning bij QC‑analyses helpt mee de kwaliteit van onze celtherapieproducten te garanderen. 
• Beheer van materialen: Van het controleren en desinfecteren van apparatuur tot het beheren van labomaterialen en afval — jouw precisie houdt onze processen draaiende. 
• Overbrengen van stalen: Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het veilig transporteren van stalen tussen productie‑ en logistieke zones. 
• Ondersteunen van omgevingsanalyses: Je ondersteunt omgevingsanalyses in grade C- en D‑ruimtes. 
• Documenteren van activiteiten: Je registreert al je reinigings- en desinfectietaken nauwkeurig in logboeken, formulieren of via ons eLIMS‑systeem. 
• Aseptische omstandigheden handhaven: Je werkt in een steriele omgeving en volgens een shiftsysteem (geen nachten, wel weekends). 

Naar wie zijn we op zoek? 

Opleiding 

• Een middelbaar schooldiploma is mooi meegenomen, maar belangrijker zijn jouw motivatie, nauwkeurigheid en leergierigheid. 

Ervaring

As a QC Supervisor you are responsible for a team of QC Analysts and QC Support Technicians, providing feedback, assistance with troubleshooting and deviations whilst ensuring a clear working schedule. You build up trust amongst the colleagues and other teams.

Education 

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a related field.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical or BioTech industry, preferably within Quality Control.
• A first experience in a leading role is a very strong advantage.

Languages

• English at a fluent level is a must have for this role. Dutch is a nice to have.

What Can You Expect? 

As a QC analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of life-saving cell therapy products. Here's what you'll do: 

• Advanced QC Testing: You will perform QC testing for CAR-T products in IPC laboratories and ensure compliance with all procedures, standards and GMP regulations.
• Environmental monitoring: You verify clean room classification by taking samples of (non-) viable particles and microorganisms.

Wat kan je verwachten?

Als QC-analist speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteit van levensreddende celtherapieproducten. Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Geavanceerde QC-testen: Je voert QC-testen uit voor CAR-T-producten in IPC-laboratoria en zorgt voor naleving van alle procedures, standaarden en GMP-regelgeving.
• Omgevingsmonitoring: Je controleert de cleanroomclassificatie door het nemen van monsters van (niet-)levensvatbare deeltjes en micro-organismen.
• Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Quality en Operations om analytische testen van de werkbank naar productie te brengen.
• Documentatie en databeheer: Je beoordeelt en keurt QC-data goed, bewaakt procesintegriteit via nauwkeurige documentatie en beheert testresultaten in onze eLIMS-software.
• Procesoptimalisatie: Je stelt QC-documenten, SOP’s en werkinstructies op en draagt bij aan procesoptimalisaties.

Wie zoeken we?

Opleiding

• Je hebt een bachelordiploma in laboratoriumtechnologie of een gerelateerd vakgebied, of je hebt door relevante ervaring een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd.

Ervaring

• Praktische ervaring in een aseptische productieomgeving binnen QC of QA is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste. We bieden je de nodige training om je nieuwe rol succesvol te starten.

Talen

• Je beschikt over sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als technisch Engels.

The Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist role is a position with responsibilities for supporting the document management process within a cell therapy manufacturing facility to support both clinical and commercial requirements in a sterile GMP environment. This role will ensure compliance within the document management system, document storage and retention, and document issuance and reconciliation.

What can you expect?

• Responsible for managing the document control systems and processes for the site.
• Serve as a Document Control reviewer for new and revised procedures and documents to ensure compliance with global and site procedures.
• Support Document Management system users with workflow handling and electronic system usage.
• Manage the periodic review process for procedures.
• Issuance of batch related documentation in support of GMP manufacturing.
• Reconcile GMP documentation following document lifecycle requirements.
• Creation and issuance of GMP logbooks.
• Responsible for storage and archival of GMP documents and batch related records.
• Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems and cGMP requirements.
• Review and approve SOPs, and other documentation.

• You are an undergrad, have a secondary degree or equivalent through experience.

Experience:

• Not required.
• It is preferable that the candidate has experience working in a GMP environment, but this is not a must.

Do you have an eye for detail and want to become the go-to person for sample logistics and documentation? As we continue to expand our operations in Ghent, we are looking for a QC Sample Coordinator for our Techlane facility. 

What can you expect?

As a QC Sample Coordinator, you are responsible for sample management. You play a key role in ensuring that all samples are managed, documented, stored, and shipped correctly and compliantly. You are responsible for;  

Sample logistics & coordination 

• Preparing documents and coordinate internal and external sample shipments, including ad-hoc transports, together with the QC Support Technicians.
• Aligning inventories with ELIMS and logbooks.
• Performing period inspections and retain consolidations.
• Partnering closely with the Operations team, Logistic centre, etc.to ensure smooth sample coordination.

Documentation 

• Preparing and reviewing sample documentation.
• Initiating and support non-conformance sample investigations and manage CAPA records related to sample management.

Troubleshooting and process improvements 

• Being the point of contact in case of deviations (ex. Label issues) and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. 
• Driving improvements in procedures and work instructions. 

Who are we looking for?

Education

• You obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience  

• You have hands-on experience in a GMP environment, preferably in quality control.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

Opleiding  

• Minimaal een bachelor in een relevant vakgebied. 

Ervaring 

• Ten minste 3 jaar ervaring in de farmaceutische of biotechsector, bij voorkeur binnen Quality Control. 

• Een eerste leidinggevende ervaring is een sterk pluspunt. 

Talen 

• Vloeiend Engels is een must. 

• Nederlands is een nice-to-have.
