About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Data Architect to lead the evolution of intelligent platforms across our enterprise customer division. This position will champion strategic initiatives leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to enhance customer experiences across ~20 million members, optimize operations, and drive business value through scalable and ethical technology solutions.
You will shape our data architecture, artificial intelligence strategy, and governance models, enabling automation, machine learning operations (MLOps), and insights. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise and an innovative mindset to accelerate our journey toward becoming a data-powered organization.
You will work closely with business and technology partners to deliver modern, secure, and adaptive data ecosystems and AI solutions. You will contribute to our transformation by establishing a future-ready data foundation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in leading data architecture initiatives, including cloud-native data platforms, machine learning lifecycle management, and enterprise data integration.
- Expertise in distributed data systems, data warehouse, Lake House architecture, and model operationalization frameworks such as MLflow, SageMaker, or similar.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and cloud, with experience deploying ML models using containers, APIs, or serverless frameworks.
- Proficiency in logical and physical data modeling, multidimensional modeling, normalization and denormalization techniques.
- Experience in building data systems in microservice environments that provide access to data for operational and BI needs.
- Proficiency in design and development of ETL methodologies from source to target supporting data processing and transformations to deliver data-driven business insights and decisions.
- Familiarity with data observability tools, CI/CD for ML, and lineage/trust frameworks.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and guiding architecture for Agile Release Trains (ART).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MongoDB and/or DocumentDB
- AWS AI/ML stack (SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, Bedrock, etc.).
- Familiarity with real-time streaming and analytics (Kafka, Spark).

Job Title: Lead Salesforce Architect – Workplace Solutions
Location: Remote / Omaha, NE (Remote, travel required as needed)
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic Lead Salesforce Architect to drive the design and execution of scalable, user-centric Salesforce solutions within Workplace Solutions. You will play a vital role in shaping the architectural roadmap for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, enabling seamless interactions for customers and internal users. This role involves collaborating across multiple teams and domains to deliver resilient, secure, and innovative Salesforce platforms supporting key portals such as Dental and Absence, with a strong emphasis on Service Cloud and growing usage of Experience Cloud and Marketplace services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and implementation for end-to-end Salesforce solutions focused on customer experience, usability, scalability, and system reliability.
- Develop and execute the Salesforce team’s strategic roadmap within Workplace Solutions, aligning technical decisions with business priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and UX experts to map customer and user journeys; transform insights into technical enhancements.
- Architect integrations among Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, improving workflows and supporting personalized customer engagements.
- Drive innovation by exploring and applying emerging Salesforce technologies and architectural best practices.
- Actively participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events—such as PI Planning and backlog refinement—providing guidance to accelerate iterative delivery.
- Mentor engineers, analysts, and product owners on customer-centric architecture and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Travel to Omaha as necessary to partner directly with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an enterprise Salesforce Architect across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds with a focus on enhancing user experience and service quality.
- Deep understanding of customer support, case management, and digital self-service frameworks within Salesforce.
- Proven ability to map and design user and customer journeys and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical architecture.
- Experience with domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and modern API development on the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with operational metrics such as response time, user satisfaction, and first contact resolution.
- Effective communication skills with a track record of aligning cross-disciplinary teams around architecture and experience goals.
- Commitment to agile delivery practices, continuous learning, and fostering an inclusive team environment.
- Knowledge of the SAFe framework and Agile Release Train (ART) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Architect or Consultant certifications.
- Experience in group benefits, insurance, or related industries.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), feedback mechanisms, and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), and integration tools such as MuleSoft.

We are hiring a Profile Scripting Language (PSL) Developer to work on initiatives with large-scale banking clients. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the FIS Profile Core Banking System. Responsibilities include writing and debugging code using the Profile Scripting Language (PSL), coding and integrating new components, modifying existing ones and providing support for projects like upgrades and conversions.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize PSL/MUMPs to code, debug, and maintain applications and program logic within the core banking system.
- Maintain, test, and integrate new application components and ensure the successful deployment of system improvements.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability and performance.
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining core banking systems in Profile Scripting Language (PSL), MUMPs
- Experience with FIS Core Banking Platform
- Knowledge of financial industry best practices, regulations, and operations, particularly in areas like retail and commercial deposits, loans, and/or debit card processing
- Familiarity with GT.M Database
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across several engineering and product teams
