About the Role

This internship is designed to offer real-world professional experience in SEO. The Digital Marketing Intern will be mentored by and report to Keeper’s Director of Product Marketing & Search Optimization and will be responsible for supporting the SEO/AI Search team on daily tasks and projects. This is a paid, 3-month internship with the possibility of extension, contingent on company needs and performance. This internship is designed to offer real-world professional experience in SEO.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global SEO team with on-site optimization and internal linking across multiple language sites
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility across regions
• Create detailed SEO content briefs for writers

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn and grow in SEO
• Excellent research, writing and organizational skills

About the Role

For this Affiliate Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners across the UK and EMEA regions. You’ll drive partner acquisition, optimise campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across all affiliate communications. About the Role

Join an elite team of highly skilled Systems Support Engineers and Sales Engineers, to play a key role in the company’s post sale technical assistance and customer experience. About the Role

As a bilingual Sales Engineer you will work alongside the Keeper Security sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective. About the Role

The Arabic speaking, Channel Account Manager, MEA will report to our Director of Channel, EMEA carrying a primary focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with existing channel partners. There will also be a heavy focus sourcing strategic new channel relationships. About the Role

As a bilingual Channel Sales Engineer you will work alongside the Keeper Security sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective. About the Role

At Keeper, the Inside Sales Account Representatives are responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical. This is a quota carrying and revenue generating position that reports to our Manager of Inside Sales. This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period. You will gain a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies while creating a vision that inspires customers to utilise Keeper as a trusted resource.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a supportive but independent workplace with the opportunity to grow as our organisation grows
• Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails
• Manage full sales cycle
• Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis
• Ensure all customers are on an active Keeper contract
• Build and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope
• Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes, updates, and new products
• Participate in cold call/role play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues
• Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts
• Utilise additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets
• Leverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity
• Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of software sales experience
• An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organisations
• Salesforce experience
• Web-conference demo experience
• A track record of exceeding sales quotas
• A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organised
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Experience managing full sales cycle

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Cybersecurity experience
• Experience or knowledge of the Information Security industry is highly desired
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs
• Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool is preferred, expertise with Salesforce.com is highly desired

• Resolve customer issues, alone and through collaboration with other Keeper Security teams; approach all situations with curiosity and creativity. Resolving customer issues can involve troubleshooting and require deep technical knowledge of our solutions and the Password management space
• Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication; conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure our clients are up to speed on their areas of vulnerability, new product features etc.
• Become a Keeper Security product expert for your customers; occasionally assist on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as a CSM & Keeper expert
• Drive customer advocacy in the form of references, referrals, and case studies
• Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on customer portfolio to prioritise opportunity and risk; reliably renew and expand customer contracts, meet and exceed personal and team quotas
• Participate in the evolution of Keeper Security’s own Customer Success programs and processes; insist on excellence in our own Customer Success initiatives

• Motivated by solving problems for customers; demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges before they arise
• Experience working with and selling to Enterprise organisations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber Security Executives
• Unrivaled sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers realise their intended value
• Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solver
• Aptitude for learning software; strong with business applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal; consistent diplomacy, tact, and poise when working through customer issues and escalations
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
