As an Admissions Consultant you will embody the Affect values of Empathy, Passion and Accountability to help potential members on their recovery journey. Admissions Consultants, which we also internally call our Treatment Consultants, make up the Admissions Team at Affect and work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing, Member Services, and Clinical teams.

Affect is transforming addiction treatment through an innovative, evidence-based digital program. We specialize in treating substance use disorders, such as opioid use disorder, stimulant use disorders, alcohol use disorder, and cannabis use disorder and we have expanded our services to include high-quality, accessible mental health. By combining mobile technology, counseling, and coordinated medical care, we empower our Members to reclaim their lives in recovery.
About the Role:
Treatment Consultants are responsible for swiftly responding to interested potential members and scheduling intake appointments with the Affect clinical team for assessment. The Admissions Team meets members where they are in their journey and supports their success by providing education about our programs, diligent follow-up, scheduling and tech support, and more.

As the Manager, Insurance Operations at Affect, you are the bridge between clinical care, the member experience, and our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams. Your mission is to eliminate insurance-based friction. You will own the entire "pre-claim" insurance lifecycle: from the moment a potential member’s insurance is triggered for verification to the point their claim is successfully billed. While the RCM team handles the technical submission of claims, you own the data integrity, authorizations, and payer-facing coordination that make those claims successful.
