Role
As the Product Manager for Manufacturing Orchestration and Observability, you will collaborate with strategic partners, fellow product managers, and engineers to redefine which challenges in electronics manufacturing can be solved both economically and technically through intelligent software and automation. You will lead the development of a clear and compelling vision for how the electronics factory of the future is dynamically controlled and orchestrated. You will drive the implementation roadmap work management software orchestrating scalable robotics solutions that leverage the unique capabilities of the Intrinsic Software Platform. In addition, you will drive the roadmap of our platform observability and data strategy, in line with privacy and compliance best practices. In this role, you’ll work alongside talented and creative individuals who are engaged in highly ambitious projects. You will be at the forefront of our mission to help the world reimagine what robots can do—and who gets to use them.
How your work moves the mission forward
- Define a strategic vision for orchestration of the Electronics Factory of the future and the role of automation.
- Translate this vision into a comprehensive development roadmap.
- Scope requirements based on partner interactions and analysis, and partner with other product managers and engineering teams for planning and execution.
- Drive the evolution of the Intrinsic Platform towards dynamically orchestrated factory environments.
- Advocate for our customers by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to deliver unique value through advanced software capabilities.
- Brief executives and evangelize the value of our solutions at both internal and external events.
- Define and drive Intrinsic data strategy, governance and compliance.
Skills you will need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven success as a product manager for software in a manufacturing domain.
- Deep industry knowledge of production planning and/or manufacturing execution systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) and/or fleet management systems (FMS) for automation or industry.
- Deep understanding of optimization, data observability, and orchestration capabilities for efficient resource management and visualization.
- Experience with delivering software products for cloud or cloud/edge systems that are modular and scalable.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with executives, customers, and peers.
- Proven ability for customer value discovery and distilling a shared vision and executable roadmap.
- Demonstrated system thinker skills and the ability to map intricate physical factory workflows into digital logic, ensuring that local automation sequences integrate seamlessly with factory orchestration.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and to Asia approximately 10–15% of the time (1–2 trips per quarter).

- M.B.A., M.S., or Ph.D. in Engineering.
- Experience with common practices in Electronics Manufacturing.
- Previous product management experience in fleet management tools for automation.
- Experience leading projects with significant research and development components.

Role
As Solutions Product Manager you will work with customers, account executives, other product managers and engineers to redefine what automation problems can be solved economically as well as technically. You will coordinate the definition and prioritization of scalable robotics solutions that leverage the unique capabilities of the Intrinsic Software Platform and create unique value for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with some amazing and talented people, who also happen to be working on highly creative and ambitious efforts. In this role you get to directly interact with Intrinsic’s partners and customers and are expected to travel up to 15% of the time. In this role you are at the forefront of our mission of making the benefits of robotics available to millions of new businesses.

- Identify the best scalable robotic automation solutions that have a good fit with the Intrinsic platform.
- Define target markets for robotic automation solutions and assess the market size.
- Develop a compelling vision and roadmap for these solutions.
- Scope solution concepts, user journeys, requirements and partner with other product managers and engineering on planning and execution.
- Advocate for our customers, their needs and opportunities to generate unique value through novel robotic solutions.
- Brief executives, evangelize the value of our solutions at internal and external events. Be a storyteller and spokesperson for the Intrinsic platform.
Skills you will need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven track record of success as a product manager within an automation company or similar experience.
- Extensive industry knowledge of the industrial robotics and manufacturing industry and its solutions and component ecosystem.
- Experience of applying a product mindset to automation problems that allows to re-use solutions over different applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, both at the executive level, with customers and with peers.

- Experience with building modular, scalable automation solutions.
- Experience with cloud and edge IT systems.
- Experience with enterprise IT systems such as MES and ERP.

Role
In the role of Product Manager for Automation Experiences, you will be responsible for defining the essential user journeys that transition automation solutions from development to full-scale production. You will collaborate closely with solution developers and their end-user clients, necessitating roughly 10% travel, to identify and address the practical difficulties of deploying, managing, and maintaining these systems. Your insights will be instrumental in refining our software product experiences. - Partner with Solution Builders and their end-user clients to gain insights into the requirements and obstacles associated with transferring, operating, maintaining, and debugging automation solutions.
- Work together with design and user research teams to construct a compelling, lucid strategy for integrating these user journeys into Intrinsic Platform tools and experiences.
- Maintain a rigorous focus on the user throughout the development of these journeys by providing engineering teams with detailed requirement specifications and impactful storytelling.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally automation, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven ability to interpret user needs as technical specifications, maintaining a strong focus on the user while integrating these into comprehensive concepts and journeys.
- Proven collaboration with Engineering squads to deliver on the product vision.

- Experience in software engineering, SaaS, industrial automation and/or Robotics
- Familiarity with digital factory concepts along the automation pyramid (ERP, MES, SCADA/PLCs) and SaaS offerings around those.
- Experience with automation solutions and their operation in production environments.
- Willingness to explore new paths based on a solid understanding of state-of-the-art automation technologies and SaaS products.
- User-centric product management: Skilled in working with external stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities for new approaches.
- Ability to engage in technical conversations in German.

Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Intrinsic, you will serve as the platform expert for MarComm and central coordinator connecting our core technology to the people who use it. You will spend your time deeply embedded with our engineering and product teams to understand the Intrinsic platform, Flowstate developer environment, and our specific industrial solutions. Your focus is on the user experience beyond the first click, ensuring that whether a customer is an enterprise leader or a hands-on developer, they have the education, documentation, and communication engagement they need to succeed. You will act as a versatile collaborator who can shift from helping a product team refine a roadmap to working with designers on a new video tutorial or a set of technical docs. Along the way, you will guide, adapt and shape the interconnected roadmaps and plans that make Intrinsic’s platform scale.

- Translate complex technical features from our robotics platform and Flowstate environment into clear, benefit-driven narratives for diverse audiences.
- Design and manage automated onboarding journeys and lifecycle email campaigns to educate users and drive long-term engagement with our platform.
- Produce high-quality technical content, including documentation, codelabs, and video guides, that helps developers build and deploy solutions faster.
- Collaborate with creative teams and designers to develop sophisticated, brand-aligned assets that meet high standards for quality and technical accuracy.
- Partner day-to-day with engineering and product leads to stay aligned on roadmaps, ensuring marketing efforts are ready for every launch and update.
- Organize and execute community-building initiatives like hackathons and webinars to foster a thriving ecosystem around our open and proprietary offerings.
- Manage user data and communication workflows within tools like HubSpot to track engagement and identify opportunities for education or upselling.
Skills you will need to be successful
- Experience in AI platform, enterprise/SaaS or developer-focused marketing for a technical software or hardware product.
- Direct experience creating technical documentation, tutorials, or educational content for a developer audience.
- Proficiency using CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to manage customer communications and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to translate advanced technical concepts—such as AI, robotics, or software APIs—into accessible language for both business and technical users.
- Experience managing creative projects from brief to production while working closely with designers and agencies. From identifying agencies to delivery, you can run it all.
- 8 years of experience in product marketing, developer relations, or a closely related cross-functional role in the technology industry.
Skills that will differentiate your candidacy
- Familiarity with the robotics ecosystem or ‘hard tech’ products that combine physical hardware and software.
- Experience in "full stack" marketing roles within a startup or high-growth environment where you have managed projects from strategy through execution.
