Helpdesk Technician II

What You'll Do:
Provide responsive IT help desk support by resolving user issues through phone, email, and chat while ensuring tickets are handled within service level expectations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and Microsoft 365 issues, escalate complex matters when needed, and follow through to resolution. Support and mentor newer technicians, improve help desk processes, and serve as a key escalation resource for Tier I team members.
You Should Have:
- Associate degree, preferred or 3-5 years’ equivalent work experience in computer technology-related fields required
- CompTIA A+ Certification or demonstrated equivalent work experience or certification preferred
- 3-5 years’ current Microsoft desktop operating system, mail client and applications experience preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience working in service desk roles required
- 3-5 years user account creation and administration experience required
- Excellent oral, presentation, analytical and written communication skills required
- Exceptional focus on customer service required

Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator is a key role focused on managing . This individual will identify and implement solutions that streamline operations, improve sales engagement, and support scalable growth, strategically advancing our sales capabilities and ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and efficiency in our sales practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
- Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.
- Owns and administers enterprise Salesforce application with some direction
- Primary Business Liaison to proactively identify, analyze and document business requirements translating them into application solutions
- Provides Tier 1 and 2 Salesforce Application Support including but not limited to: user set up, managing fields and layouts, automation, integration and troubleshooting
- Provides Salesforce compliance and utilization improvement to ensure data accuracy and a streamlined sales process in conjunction with business partners
- Provides direction to IT Support regarding Salesforce
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Required: Prior experience in defining and documenting business requirements
- Experience with content management and sales tools
- Ability to build internal relationships with producers and sales leaders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with content management and sales tools, preferably in a financial or insurance organization

IT Field Systems Technician I

• Setup and maintain user accounts, maintaining computer and hardware inventory, providing meeting room A/V support.
• Act as the single point of contact for end customer issue resolution throughout the lifecycle of an incident. Escalate an incident to IT subject matter experts and track resolution to required service level.
• Configure and deploy end user hardware, including laptops, desktops, telephones, and mobile devices.
• Support the use and functionality of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Manage end user support requests as assigned in the Help Desk ticketing system.
• Serve as an escalation point for the IT Helpdesk.
• Assist with support readiness on Technology projects.
• Acquire and develop Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Office, workstations, audio/visual technologies, printing and other technologies, as directed by IT Leadership
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: include but are not limited to:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating within an ITIL-aligned IT service management
- Excellent oral, presentation, analytical and written communication skills
- Exceptional focus on customer service
- Ability to work as a member of a highly collaborative
- Some travel is required
- Associate degree preferred
