Executive Producer 

Could this be you? 

 The Executive Producer will be a creative production expert, critical thinker, elevating each project regardless of scale. The Executive Producer will contribute to the maintenance and growth of strong team/client/agency relationships, producing work that is distinct, consistent and honors the level of style and craftsmanship that goes into every touchpoint that makes up our brands. The Executive Producer will be a partner in the creative process to ensure success on all levels from pre through post-production.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience and skills that push the production technological limits and creative partners and solves on all projects, which can be experienced across integrated platforms. The Executive Producer is responsible for leading and mentoring clients, teams and other team producers, on all production standards and practices supporting a strong and informed alliance in the department, on all jobs. 

The Executive Producer will require exceptional planning and organizational skills in order to manage the agency, client and vendor relationships and responsibilities when in planning and engaging in production. The Executive Producer will liaise between the agency and suppliers, maintaining fair process and channeling clear, positive communication in order to deliver our product successfully, on time, in budget and with the highest level of creative standards. 

The Executive Producer will have no less than 10-15 years of experience, with creative and production knowledge in AI, live production, music, luxury brands with automotive a plus.

The Executive Producer reports into the Head of Production on all projects. 

In this role you will be …

• Responsible for excellence in all day-to-day including scoping and ballparking creative concepts, breaking down scripts, building detailed project schedules, managing project scope, researching and securing the best production resources, music houses, quality controlling all deliverables, maintaining project documentation and communication with project teams through final delivery.
• Ability to contribute to the elevation of the creative product through actively participating with team. Support, inspire, and educate on production opportunities that apply to each project.
• Aware of top industry trends, techniques, directors, cinematographers, GCI, AI, and all new technologies in an effort to elevate the creative product.
• Responsible for building critical relationships and maintaining the agency’s reputation and standard of excellence within the production industry, maintaining an active knowledge of cross-discipline external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple, often concurrent projects.
• Trusted to lead workloads independently and manage up to the Head of Production where needed or appropriate.
• Ability to utilize industry expertise to select and negotiate with the appropriately based on creative/scope/budget/timeline and identify which partner is best suited to execute the creative vision.
• Knowledgeable of compliance and client legal guidelines.
• Ability to leverage valuable experience to proactively predict issues and guide the team away from avoidable challenges during all stages of production. 
• Responsible for supporting and participating in efforts to cultivate a diverse, equal and inclusive culture of production within our work.
• Ability to communicate proactively with Client, Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, Talent Affairs, on all aspects of the production including milestones, deliverables in order to keep the production process flowing smoothly.
• Able to serve as a client-facing member of the team, and to articulate all aspects of production plans with varying levels of knowledge at each level of the process.
• Ability to explain talent language and costs to both Agency and Client, while also staying on top of the latest talent/union information from SAG. 
• A partner working closely with the Business Affairs Manager to compile final estimate and final actualizations. Wrap out efficiently at the end of each project.
• Knowledge and ability to source music partners, produce original and licensed music on behalf of clients.

Associate Creative Director (Digital Copywriter)

The ACD Digital Copywriter contributes to the maintenance and growth of a strong, mutually profitable client/agency relationship. To produce work that is distinct, consistent and honors the level of style and craftsmanship that go into every touchpoint that makes up the Lincoln brand. This can be achieved by developing copy that leaves readers feeling uplifted: both rationally and emotionally. Lincoln aims to help move their customers effortlessly through the world. In digital spaces, copy must do the same by being succinct yet informative while aligning with and supporting the Lincoln brand

In this role you will…

• Be a digital native and possess a deep understanding of good user experience for the web and digital media 
• Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas for the client’s given digital marketing channels
• Be able to translate ideas across various media when needed
• Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations.
• Previous automotive experience helpful but not required.
• Work with all departments in a collaborative, mutually respectful manner.
• From time to time, be able to work on new business development.  Be responsible for ideas and creative work, and competently present pitches.
• Maintain and support all company standards.
• Be nimble and flexible, performing other duties and projects as assigned. 

 You have… 

• An outstanding portfolio that showcases your ability to convey complex information in a clear, engaging and consistent manner, as well as an ability to manage a tone and voice appropriate for luxury brands.
• An ability to professionally engage with and take criticism from clients, and to be proactive in meeting client’s goals and objectives. 
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade. 
• The desire and ability to work collaboratively with a small team.  
• Keep current on effective online/interactive marketing methods, forms of execution, technologies and techniques, including accessibility compliance, writing for alt text, metadata, SEO and AI Overviews.
• A working knowledge of Figma
• Must have a deep understanding of all Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience writing for a variety of digital platforms (Web, Online Advertising, App, Email, Social, etc…)
• Additional experience across other disciplines (TV, Digital, Experiential, Branded Content, Print) is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, plus working knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects for in-house content creation and editing.

Senior Producer

The ideal candidate for this position will have ambitions that push the production and technological limits on all projects and be experienced across integrated platforms, able to deliver on time, in budget and to the highest level of creative standards.  The Senior Producer is responsible for leading the development of each project and ensure they are completed on time, within budget.

The Senior Producer will require exceptional planning and organizational skills in order to  manage the agency, client and vendor relationships and responsiblitlies, during production. The Senior Producer will liaise between the agency and suppliers, maintaining fair process and channeling clear, positive communication in order to  deliver our product successfully.

The Senior Producer will plan, schedule and control project production objectives, while adhering to client, agency and industry standards. The Senior Producer is responsible on set for facilitating all communication between the agency, client and production partners. 

The Sr Producer will have 7-10 years experience, and some working production knowledge in luxury and automotive.

Digital and Experiential experience a plus.

The Sr Producer reports into the Head of Production on all projects.

• Work on other luxury brands, as well as participate in new business pitches for luxury brands.
• Be responsible for developing ideas and creative work, and competently present that work
• Maintain and support all company standards. 
• Be nimble and flexible, performing other related duties and projects as assigned. 

 You have…  

• A Strong portfolio showcasing highly conceptual abilities, along with an awareness of high-end production experience necessary for luxury brands
• Showcase impeccable writing skills with a love for story telling evident in your work, along with an understanding of the luxury market.
• The desire and ability to work collaboratively with a small team.  
• Experience with automobile and/or luxury/premium brands is preferred
• TV/video content experience is necessary and should be showcased in your portfolio
• Experience across disciplines (TV, Digital, Experiential, Branded Content, Social, Print).
• A great sense of current culture, and knowledge of, and passion for the social space is preferred
• A great command of the written word that enables you to connect with discerning luxury consumers.
