Maintenance professionals play a vital role in creating an exceptional apartment community. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are expected to monitor your team's budget, manage inventory, and delegate work orders effectively. Maintenance Supervisor | Education, Experience, and License Qualifications  

Education:

• High School or GED equivalent 

Experience:  

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred. 

Licenses & Certifications: 

• Valid Driver's License  
• EPA certification 
• CPO Certification* highly preferred

Team & Leadership Responsibilities 

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

• Personally inspect vacant units to confirm cleanliness, functionality, and presentation prior to move-in. 

Maintaining Building & Grounds

• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance plan for all buildings and equipment. 
• Ensure grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. 
• Support curb appeal and a welcoming environment through daily attention to community appearance. 

Additional Responsibilities  

• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
