In this position, you will support and empower a team of dedicated staff members while engaging approximately 3,500 Jewish students on campus.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular in-person presence across multiple campuses to coach, support, and elevate team performance and overall impact. These campus visits will augment remote support and contact with students and campus staff alike.
This Sr. DCS will strengthen campus performance by establishing clear accountability, building team capacity, and providing the training, tools, and resources campus teams need to effectively advance organizational priorities—including scaling student engagement, leadership development, and advocacy initiatives toward our goal of reaching 10,000 students.
