THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Success Executive to join our Partnerships team in Paris!

Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Success Executives in the country, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with our first fitness and wellness partners in the region. You will be responsible for driving strong partner retention, adapting our global approach to the French market, and building a sustainable partner network from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, support and grow new partnerships across the region, and contribute directly to our long-term success in France.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.

YOUR IMPACT

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with our first French fitness partners, working closely with decision-makers to ensure strong engagement within the Wellhub ecosystem, with a strong focus on retention during this early stage.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing support via Zendesk, acting as the main point of contact for partners using our platform for the first time.
• Proactively review and renegotiate commercial and non-commercial conditions with partners, contributing to the long-term sustainability and profitability of the network.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance teams to resolve local issues and booking friction, ensuring a smooth experience for both partners and users.
• Identify at-risk partners early and implement creative strategies to improve retention, supporting a strong retention rate across our first wave of partners.
• Act as a key source of market feedback, helping adapt support workflows and FAQs to the needs of French gym owners and local market specifics
• Contribute to regional projects to improve commercial tools and partner conditions, supporting contract renewals and ongoing optimization as the network scales.
• Represent our mission in your day-to-day work, encouraging partners to prioritize wellbeing and creating a positive, professional experience aligned with Wellhub’s core values.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 1+ year of experience in user-facing or partner-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Support.
• You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English. 
• You are comfortable managing a high volume of calls and video interactions, and enjoy staying close to partners.
• You are able to handle challenging conversations around contract terms and turn them into constructive outcomes.
• You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
• You are motivated by targets and take pride in maintaining strong retention and partner satisfaction. 
• You are familiar with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel (a plus).

We are hiring a Partner Acquisition Channel Sr Manager to our Partners team in São Paulo! 

We are seeking a senior professional focused on Technology Partnerships and Integrations to manage the ecosystem of Management Systems (CMS) in Brazil. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end integration strategy, ensuring technology adoption by Wellhub’s partner gyms. In addition to managing high-level relationships with C-level executives from leading fitness software companies, this role requires leading data-driven projects, optimizing technical onboarding, and expanding indirect channels to reduce operational friction and unlock new business value. 

YOUR IMPACT

• Integration Strategy & Adoption: Lead the execution of integration OKRs in Brazil. Map and manage the entire partner technology journey (Not Mapped, Recommendation, Activation, Adoption), creating data-driven action plans to increase conversion at every stage.
• CMS Ecosystem Management: Act as the primary point of contact and negotiator with C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CROs) of the market's main management systems (e.g., Evo, Pacto, NextFit, Tecnofit, etc.). Lead the partnership process for new CMS providers—from initial engagement, negotiation, and signing of API Agreements to ongoing technical onboarding support and troubleshooting.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Structure and lead projects that unlock mutual value, such as integrating financial and reconciliation data between the Partner Portal and CMS providers. Conduct analyses and alignments regarding incrementality and cannibalization reports.
• Intelligence & Data: Continuously monitor integration performance using BI tools (e.g., Looker). Develop detailed analyses by executive and partner engagement level, ensuring clear visibility into adoption funnel bottlenecks.
• Marketing & Channel Ecosystem: Develop joint marketing initiatives with CMS partners (Partner Club, regional events, etc.).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in synergy with Global Ops, Support (CX), Product (PD), and Legal teams to drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes and the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytical Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts to join our Partners (Wishlist) team in London.

Reporting to the Wishlist Director, you will manage a portfolio of our most critical existing gym and studio partners. Your mission is to secure sustainable retention and drive mutual growth by acting as a strategic consultant rather than just a point of contact.

Relationship Builder: You are the face of Wellhub for your partners. We need someone with a magnetic personality who can build genuine, warm relationships. You will move beyond maintenance to "hunt from within," systematically mapping stakeholder structures to deepen our influence at local, regional, and C-suite levels. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand our network density within existing accounts. 

Innovator: You don't just follow the playbook; you write new pages. You are constantly looking for ways to bring fresh ideas to the table; whether it's a new marketing angle, a creative pricing structure, or an operational fix. 

Commercial Expertise: This role requires a high degree of financial literacy. You will not only manage relationships but also engineer profitable growth. You will run margin analyses, design pricing strategies, and present data-driven business cases (MBRs/QBRs) that demonstrate ROI and new opportunities to our partners, ensuring a win-win commercial environment.

• Innovation & Creative Strategy: Proactively identify stagnation and bring new ideas to the table.
