Title: Market Operations Director
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Summary:
As the Market Operations Director (MOD), you will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for the performance, growth, and clinical integrity of Guidelight Health's clinics across Colorado. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will partner with site-level Executive Directors and clinical leadership to drive a unified vision, one where exceptional patient outcomes and sustainable business performance go hand in hand.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational strategy, and team development. You will be accountable for market-level KPIs spanning access, clinical outcomes, financial performance, and team engagement, and you will lead with both the analytical rigor to drive results and the human-centered approach to build a culture people are proud to be part of. Summary:
The Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end revenue cycle for Guidelight Health. This role will focus on advancing and standardizing existing processes across the full lifecycle - from patient access and benefit verification through coding, billing, collections, and denial management - to support Guidelight’s next phase of growth.
This Director will drive performance improvements, enhance operational rigor, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all revenue cycle functions. This individual will partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and finance teams to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and revenue capture. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a deep understanding of healthcare billing practices and payer requirements, and a proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance within a growing healthcare organization.

Title: Utilization Review Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Summary:
The Utilization Review Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Director of RCM. This team member will be responsible for handling pre-certifications, authorizations, retro-authorizations, appeals, medical records requests, and chart auditing duties that coincide with accurate reporting of each client’s clinical level of care, program, and treatment days utilized. The Utilization Review Coordinator should be a subject matter expert on payor requirements and expectations. This role requires strategic planning and coordination with on-site providers and the revenue cycle department to obtain optimal utilization review outcomes.

This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is eager to help shape the company’s financial future. The FP&A Manager will own core planning and reporting processes, build scalable financial models, and partner closely with clinic operations, growth, and clinical leadership to evaluate new initiatives and drive performance across our PHP and IOP programs.
