Gopuff is seeking a Barista for our Starbucks Operations team. As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll be in an energetic store environment where you’ll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft. This unique delivery only Starbucks cafe will focus on speed and quality to provide the best experience to each and every customer.

The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working in one of our fast-paced cafes, a typical week will see you complete the following tasks:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations

Uphold and maintain the execution of the Gopuff standards, all Starbucks’ brand standards and food safety standards

Execute cafe processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning

Maintain an on-going awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks

Follow all Gopuff and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent Starbucks experience for guests while driving efficiency and maintaining food safety

Produce items to specifications on production cards and follow specific department routines

Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items as outlined in best practices

Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices

Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products

Follow all food safety requirements as outlined through best practice

Complete all required Starbucks trainings

Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices

All other duties based on business needs

Qualifications:

Given the nature of our stores, our working hours could include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required

Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks Operations team. Reporting to the Site Leader, this role is a core part of the team with the responsibility to ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to our customers. This role contributes to Starbucks' success by assisting the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys baristas and delegates tasks so that they can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with both Starbucks standards and Gopuff standards.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks and Gopuff

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team

Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment for cues

Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create a great working environment during each shift

Assists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed

Provides feedback to manager on employee performance during shift

Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to baristas on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve performance

Develops positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns

Executes store operations during scheduled shifts

Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned

Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards

Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products

Qualifications:

1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience + 1 year of leadership in a cafe is preferred

ServeSafe Certification highly preferred

Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred

Ability to work with fluid schedules

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates, Baristas to join our team. This role blends operational excellence with food & beverage preparation to ensure our customers receive accurate, high-quality orders every time. Whether you’re preparing handcrafted Starbucks beverages, managing inventory, or keeping the facility organized, you’ll play a key role in making sure our operations run smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same—you may be restocking shelves, preparing food and drinks to spec, packing orders, or supporting inbound deliveries. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Prepare quality Starbucks beverages and food menu items by following recipes, production cards, and presentation standards

Ensure accuracy and quality of all packaged food and beverage items staged for delivery

Receive, unpack, and replenish product deliveries; confirm inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision

Maintain organization and cleanliness across the kitchen, café, and facility spaces

Manage waste and spoilage by following FIFO and mindful preparation practices

Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items per food safety standards

Complete and document cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices

Safely handle, scan, and move product; operate carts, pallet jacks, and dollies as needed

Work in varying environments, including freezers and multiple floors within the site

Complete required Starbucks training and uphold Gopuff and Starbucks safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

Perform other duties based on business needs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Food service, retail, or operations experience preferred (but not required)

Welcoming and collaborative team mindset

Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and multi-step processes

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

Essential functions include the ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 49 lbs during shifts

Comfortable working flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
