The Role

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of active customer accounts, providing best-in-class support and customer success management. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers are achieving maximum value from our solutions, ultimately driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sells. Working closely with New Business Managers, you’ll collaborate on Strategic Growth Plans, guide new customers through onboarding, and proactively monitor customer health to mitigate churn risks. Your primary objective will be to support customers in achieving their goals through GoGuardian’s platform, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact throughout the customer journey to retain and grow GoGuardian products and services.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who is comfortable managing multiple accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a bridge between the customer and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience supporting Apple hardware, managing macOS devices with Jamf, and assisting technical teams including software engineers and QA staff.

This person must have excellent troubleshooting skills, a service-first attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams. This role requires working aligned to early Pacific Time business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT).

What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for macOS laptops, Windows OS laptops and applications, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Build Okta workflows and SSO integrations
• Meet with stakeholders to help them scope Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) projects and workflow. Expertise in configuring these workflows is a must
• Use Jamf Pro to manage MacOS laptops and Workspace One for WindowsOS laptops, configure, update, and secure Apple laptops.
• Assist with Google Workspace tools—Gmail, Calendar, Drive—troubleshooting access, configuration, and integration issues.
• Wipe, reimage, and restore Mac laptops; experience with Druva cloud backup or similar tools is preferred.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in a software or SaaS company.
• Strong experience supporting macOS, WindowsOS and using Jamf Pro, Workforce One for device management.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace admin tools and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Druva or other cloud-based backup and restore solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong experience in Okta, including orchestration and SSO migration

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer at GoGuardian, you will work alongside our sales and customer experience teams as the ultimate product specialist and provide both pre- and post- sales technical guidance.

You will leverage your technical and people skills to help deliver customer solutions and become a trusted advisor in the process. You should be highly self-motivated and extremely curious to learn more about GoGuardian’s products and the vast problems they can solve.

What You'll Do

• Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of GoGuardian’s products, their capabilities, and their limitations.
• Client Engagement: Participate in discovery calls to identify the customer’s technical landscape and determine plans for technical deployment.
• Sales Support: Assist pre and post sales teams by addressing technical questions and objections, enhancing their presentations with your in-depth product knowledge.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Onboarding & Implementation: Support new and existing customers with onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization of our software solutions.
• Problem Solving: Research and recommend new technical solutions to address client needs, acting as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and guidance.
• Documentation & Communication: Provide detailed documentation and clear communication to internal teams and clients, ensuring everyone is aligned.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a technical focus, ideally within the SaaS industry (consulting, solution architecture, professional services, etc.); education technology experience highly preferred.
• Strong background combining business acumen and technical expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create detailed documentation.
• Proven ability to build rapport with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Background in IT and/or network administration, including familiarity with Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Group Policy, and SysAdmin functions.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The typical base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience. The Role

As a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales life-cycle for an assigned territory of Midmarket and Enterprise accounts. You will proactively build client relationships while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a high emotional intelligence, a strong SaaS background, and proven success in the government or education technology verticals. Additionally, she or he will employ a growth mindset, a willingness to experiment, an attention to detail, a willingness to embrace a selling methodology and sales processes.

What You'll Do

• Drive acquisition of new clients through the full sales life-cycle for accounts including discovery, demo, and negotiation sales cycle. 
• Perform product demonstrations, discovery calls, and onsite meetings
• Manage daily and weekly activities to drive your pipelines, & predictable above-quota results
• Build, measure, and optimize your sales process to successfully achieve targeted sales objectives
• Be an expert on your pipeline and forecast with accuracy
• Work with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging for campaigns based on prospect feedback

Who You Are

• Deep knowledge of sales processes with 3+ years of technology sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing technology deals
• Personal history of repeatedly exceeding past individual contributor quota 
• Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of B2B Sales and experience selling into government entities
• Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, and a desire for constant improvement
• Ability to effectively operate with high-energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Ability to build scalable processes, and you have the analytical skills to optimize them over time 
• Highly effective communicator with strong EQ and influencing skills
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

The Role

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of active customer accounts, providing best-in-class support and customer success management. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers are achieving maximum value from our solutions, ultimately driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sells. Working closely with New Business Managers, you’ll collaborate on Strategic Growth Plans, guide new customers through onboarding, and proactively monitor customer health to mitigate churn risks. Your primary objective will be to support customers in achieving their goals through GoGuardian’s platform, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact throughout the customer journey to retain and grow GoGuardian products and services.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who is comfortable managing multiple accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a bridge between the customer and internal teams. You will be measured against ARR targets and responsible for ensuring timely renewals, cross-selling additional products, and expanding accounts to align with evolving customer needs. In every customer interaction, you’ll strive to provide a delightful experience, supported by strategic guidance and best practices to drive strong customer engagement and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Renewals and Account Retention: Ensure a high rate of renewals by managing and nurturing customer relationships, proactively identifying and addressing any challenges, and securing contract renewals before expiration.
• Identify and Execute Expansion Opportunities: Recognize opportunities for account growth by upselling and cross-selling GoGuardian’s products to meet evolving customer needs, contributing to both customer success and revenue targets.
• Guide Customers Through Onboarding and Product Adoption: Lead new customers through implementation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to GoGuardian’s platform and supporting product adoption through monitoring, guidance, and ongoing best practices.
• Monitor and Improve Customer Health: Track customer usage and engagement, leveraging product usage and analytics tools to forecast risks of churn and opportunities for growth. Take proactive steps to maintain and improve customer health, providing personalized support as needed.
• Act as a Strategic Customer Advocate: Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer goals and acting as their advocate within GoGuardian. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer needs, providing feedback to Product and other departments to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Maintain a High-Accuracy Sales Pipeline: Manage your pipeline within Salesforce, maintaining high accuracy in opportunity forecasting and reporting. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding a renewal, expansion, and cross-sell quota on a quarterly, and annual basis.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Aim to provide a delightful experience in every interaction by being responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, continuously working to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support Strategic Initiatives and Internal Collaboration: Work closely with New Business Managers to develop and execute Strategic Growth Plans for your designated region. Facilitate seamless transitions from Sales to Customer Success, ensuring alignment on customer needs and objectives.

Who You Are 

• You have 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or other relevant experience within the B2B SaaS industry, preferably with a background in edtech or education-focused software solutions.
• You are an empathetic listener with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
• You possess excellent time-management and organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
• You have experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), along with communication and collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and G Suite.
• You are a clear and effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills, able to engage confidently with current and prospective customers.
• You are a collaborative team player who adapts easily to changing environments and priorities.
• You are self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Meet or exceed your ARR targets on a quarterly and annual basis through proactive account management, focusing on retention, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Internal Collaboration and Customer Advocacy
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle.
• Act as an advocate for your customers within GoGuardian, sharing product feedback and insights with the Product team to inform future developments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to quarterback customer risks and escalations, creating and executing action plans to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
