We are currently seeking an innovative, strategic, and relationship driven Manager, Business Development - Platform Partnerships to join our Business Development team. This role will help support Fubo’s subscriber growth through various partnerships, across multiple major distribution platforms. This role will be a major point of contact for various partners, helping drive subscribers, revenue growth, and optimizing performance and conversion funnels of our acquisition channels. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in platform distribution, partnership management, or business development Experience in streaming media, digital or traditional media, subscription business, DTC or technology platforms highly preferred
• Strong understanding of OTT ecosystems, app stores, connected TV, and device distribution 
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data
• Experience with data tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and SQL preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment, with lots of shifting priorities

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop high-throughput, low-latency video backend services, with an emphasis on scalable architecture, efficient data processing, and fault-tolerant system behavior under peak traffic conditions
• Instrument services with detailed metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging, and health checks to support real-time observability and actionable alerting
• Own the reliability lifecycle—from designing SLIs/SLOs to leading incident response, triage, on-call rotations, and long-term reliability engineering initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience delivering production-quality software in complex, high-traffic environments, with expertise in Go (primary), Python, Java, or similar languages

The Live Events Engineer’s main function is to set up and coordinate the execution of live events. Many live events take place after regular working hours and on weekends. Candidates should understand the day-to-day job expectations before agreeing to work on this team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple teams to align and schedule upcoming live events for playout
• Provide operational support as needed to the programming teams and during the live events
• Perform routine maintenances as needed, possibly overnight 
• Execute multiple live streaming events concurrently; be the sole owner of many tier-1 live events for our customers making sure they have the highest quality experience

Fubo is currently seeking a Director of Site Reliability to manage our global infrastructure and site reliability teams. These teams are responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of our global products. This person will bridge the gap between software development and system operations on a global scale, ensuring our products reach our users without friction. 

Responsibilities: 

• Define and execute the long term vision for infrastructure, cloud architecture, and site reliability in a multi-cloud environment (GCP, Azure, AWS) spanning multiple continents 
• Manage, grow, and mentor a global team of infrastructure, SRE/DevOps, Managers and FinOps engineers and be a force of proposal for the organization to reach our goals
• AIOps & Intelligent Observability: Implement AI-driven monitoring and incident response tools to move from reactive alerting to predictive anomaly detection and automated remediation
• Establish best practices around reliability, observability, and incident management 
• Champion platform principles across the entire engineering organization. Oversee the building blocks that allow teams to move fast without “breaking” the user experience 
• Oversee and help the continued design and development of a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
• Ensure our systems are optimized for performance, increased scalability, and cost effectiveness
• Lead capacity planning and disaster recovery strategy 
• Lead the incident response process and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in an SRE function, with 4+ years of global team management 
• Future-Proof Mindset: A deep curiosity for the evolving landscape of AI and a vision for how "Agentic SRE" (autonomous system management) is transforming infrastructure
• Previous experience with a streaming media product, or other large scale, high traffic environment (e-commerce, travel tech, etc.) preferred 
• Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams 
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• A strong background in distributed systems, networking, and system design 
• Ability to write code in Golang, or another static language (C++, Java, etc.)
• Expertise with automation and configuration management tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Expert understanding of observability and monitoring, incident management, CI/CD and DevOps tools
• A strong understanding of cost optimization in cloud environments

Fubo is seeking a Director, Content Strategy & Analysis to support the modeling and analytics behind our content acquisition strategy, acquisition and affiliate retention efforts. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in evaluating and shaping content decisions through financial modeling, performance forecasting, industry benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Director, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across Content, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to provide data-driven insights and support negotiations with content providers. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who brings a balance of strategic thinking, analytical depth, and media industry fluency.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and refine content valuation models to support negotiations, direct licensing discussions, and direct sports rights across linear, SVOD, AVOD, and FAST content deals
• Develop frameworks for evaluating pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive research, including tracking industry KPIs, emerging distribution models, and evolving consumer behavior within OTT and Pay TV
• Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations that guide content investment and strategy decisions
• Partner with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product) to support strategic initiatives including content performance reviews, ROI analysis, and partner settlements.
• Contribute to long-range content planning and forecasting in alignment with business growth goals
• Partner with Content team on the negotiation deals and term sheets for FAST channel offerings, consistent with Fubo’s content strategy offering and in-line with financial goals and requirements 
• Track, analyze, and communicate the impact of recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive ad-hoc analysis related to content value, user engagement, and monetization strategies across different platform types (subscription, ad-supported, hybrid)

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Finance, Business or  Economics or an advanced degree in one of the similar disciplines; MBA a plus
• 10+ years of financial modeling experience, with a strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting firm a plus
• Strong understanding of pay TV and OTT businesses; previous work experience at a cable network group, broadcast network group, MVPD or in a similar consumer subscription model business is highly preferred
• Previous experience conducting quantitative analysis (including modeling) and qualitative analysis of complex data that can inform and shape key decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex analysis to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner

Fubo is looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our product development team. In this role, you'll design and build the scalable APIs that power Fubo's backend-driven user experiences across the globe.

You'll work closely with a Backend Engineering Manager and collaborate across disciplines, partnering with product managers, QA, and frontend and backend engineers, to ship features across web, mobile, Smart TV, Roku, and Apple TV.

We're looking for engineers who care as much about the product experience as they do about the engineering systems that drive it. Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience shipping production code. We use Go, so experience with that (or another strongly-typed language) is ideal.
