Position Summary
Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking a Business Services Administrator with mailroom experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Business Services Administrator will be responsible for aiding with all mailroom processes, as well as general operational support. This position is based fully in-office out of Century City, CA.

Primary Responsibilities

Receive shipments from various couriers
Scan, file, and distribute mail
Pick up and route mail to appropriate locations
Assist with off-site storage files
Make trips to bank and other off-site locations
Distribute and maintain stock of office supplies
Restock mail drops
Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

5+ years working in a corporate office mailroom or similar role
Experience scanning mail or documents
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)
Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
A team player with high attention to detail, especially when working on multiple tasks or assignments with competing deadlines

This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $50,000 - $55,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Summary

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking Operations Associates that will serve as a key members of the Core Operations team and support essential back-office functions that ensure accurate and timely handling of client requests. This role provides additional capacity for the team by verifying and completing pending work, assisting with team projects, and maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities fluctuate with seasonal volumes, market conditions, and team coverage needs, so flexibility and adaptability are critical. Occasional overtime may be required.

Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or as assigned by their team leader.

Primary Responsibilities

· Validate and reconcile monetary transactions on custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity).

· Monitor, track, and provide timely updates on processing requests to ensure accuracy and completion.

· Support digital signature processes, account setup and validation, and assist the client service team with processing mailed checks and paperwork as needed.

· Monitor custodian alerts and escalate or distribute updates as appropriate.

· Maintain accurate and timely data entry across core systems, including Salesforce and Orion.

· Communicate effectively with colleagues, custodians, and internal partners through clear written and verbal channels.

· Collaborate across departments to achieve shared objectives and contribute to team initiatives.

· Share knowledge, best practices, and insights to enhance team effectiveness.

· Assist with team projects and daily operational responsibilities as needed.

· Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to changing priorities.

· Consistently model the firm’s core values through actions and communication.

· Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree (expected graduation date by June 2026) OR High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant Client Service or Customer Service

· Ability to work and commute out of our Clayton, MO office

· Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

· Experience in the service or financial services industry preferred

· High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and client information

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Familiarity with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) and CRM/financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Orion, DocuSign, Envestnet) preferred

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Windows operating systems

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Based in our Stamford, CT office, the Operations Associate is responsible for NCAM operational billing and financial reporting functions. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance. Primary responsibilities include daily reconciliation of 6000+ accounts, daily/quarterly valuation, performance reporting, billing, assessing, and supporting infrastructure needs and supporting trader’s daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Reconciling equity and option positions, cash, and transactions for all custodians
Troubleshooting system, custodial and client operational issues
Tabulating and reporting high risk items to management through daily, weekly and monthly operational risk reporting
Research and resolve breaks by interfacing trading staff and external parties.
Research and resolve client and strategy performance reporting issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.
A positive attitude and high energy level
Proactive communication and follow-up.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Experience in the financial services industry a plus
