We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in low-latency (CeFi) trading and/or on-chain (DeFi) trading. The ideal candidate has demonstrated significant and consistent PnL generation through strategies deployed in production and brings deep expertise in crypto market structure.

Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $175,000 to $225,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.

You will solve problems, create new tools and/or design new strategies. You will test your project in a trading simulation.
