Who We’re Looking For:

Easyship is a shipping technology platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers. Beyond that, we also build and execute customized end-to-end shipping solutions for clients worldwide. These Logistics solutions can combine a number of partners and services, from global freight forwarding services to last-mile delivery.
We’re looking for an experienced project manager with good knowledge of ecommerce shipping, warehousing & fulfilment to oversee the delivery of these projects for our clients. Own part of the Easyship product by defining solutions in line with the product vision and strategy, coordinating with the design and engineering teams, in order to constantly create value for our users.

What would be you be responsible for:

• Contributing to defining and shaping the product roadmap for Easyship’s warehouse software, managing priorities from discovery to release and post-release.
• Supporting roadmaps that maximize business opportunities and align with Easyship's strategic goals.
• Leveraging ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize your roadmap.
• Managing delivery of features from idea to release, and measuring their success.
• Working collaboratively with global teams in various functional areas such as design, data analytics, engineering, logistics, warehouse operations and support to deliver quality products.
• Gaining a deep understanding of our warehouse operations, their needs, and improve efficiency ultimately supporting profitability outcomes.
• Staying informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to help Easyship maintain a competitive edge.

Our API is the foundation of how partners, platforms, and developers integrate with us, and we’re looking for an API Product Manager to own and scale our developer platform.

This role is about more than shipping endpoints. You’ll define the vision for Easyship’s API ecosystem, drive adoption through world-class developer experience, and champion API-first thinking across the business. We’re looking for someone who thrives in technical depth, thinks in systems, and measures success through real usage, fast integrations, and partner impact.

What would be you be responsible for::

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Easyship's API and developer platform, managing priorities from discovery through release and iteration.
• Define the strategic vision for Easyship's platform and API ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Leverage ROI assessment methodologies and usage analytics to prioritise API enhancements, new endpoints, and developer tooling investments.
• Lead delivery of API features and developer experience improvements from ideation to release, establishing and tracking success metrics including adoption, integration speed, and developer satisfaction.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and solutions engineering to deliver a best-in-class developer experience.
• Develop deep expertise in our integration partners' needs, from enterprise platforms to independent developers, and translate insights into product improvements that drive partner acquisition and retention.
• Champion API-first thinking across the organisation, ensuring internal and external products maintain consistency.
• Monitor the competitive landscape Easyship's position as a leading logistics API platform.

You Might Be a Good Fit If…

• You have 5-7 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on API products, developer platforms, or technical integrations.
• You have strong technical foundation with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on API design, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs.
• You have experience with API documentation tools, developer portals, and SDK/integration development workflows.
• You have a proven track record of launching and scaling developer-facing products with measurable adoption outcomes.
• You have an understanding of logistics, eCommerce, or supply chain domains is a strong plus.
• You have an understanding of Low-Code/No-Code best practises is a strong plus
• You are a data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and comfort with usage metrics, funnel analysis, and developer NPS.
