The marketing landscape is fundamentally shifting — and Duetto's marketing team is meeting that change head-on. As Senior Director, Global Marketing, you will be crucial to making that happen. You will be accountable for the strategy and impact of field marketing, events, and partner marketing — three functions that collectively carry real pipeline and revenue targets.Reporting to the CMO, you will sit on the marketing leadership team alongside the VP of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing Director and GTM Engineering Leads, contributing actively to strategy, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment. You will lead a highly talented, distributed marketing team and work as a peer to sales, customer success, and product leaders — as well as engaging directly with the executive team on priorities and business-critical deliverables. This role is for a leader who is as comfortable in a commercial conversation as a creative one, who knows how to build high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies, and who brings genuine AI-first thinking to how they operate and scale a marketing function.

A bias to action over ideation, and a track record of making things happen, are as important to us as strategic vision.

As a BDR on Duetto's EMEA team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers across the region: qualifying inbound leads, running targeted outbound campaigns, and partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers to turn prospects into qualified opportunities.
