About the Team

The In-Store Revenue Operations team at DoorDash is responsible for amplifying SevenRooms’ mission, and increasing revenue growth through effective and efficient sales processes, systems, and analytics. Our team handles strategy, planning, metrics reporting & analytics, GTM enablement operations, program management, and systems while fostering strong relationships with Revenue leadership. We work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy & Operations teams to drive alignment across all revenue operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Global Revenue Operations to lead, optimize, and scale our GTM processes and systems to support our revenue growth. You'll collaborate directly with multiple teams to define strategy, implement performance metrics, and influence alignment of all revenue operations, including planning, reporting, forecasting, quota allocation and management, process optimization, territory planning, and managing the overall design for the sales incentive plan. Following SevenRooms’ recent acquisition by DoorDash, we maintain a unified hiring process and are excited to build our integrated revenue operations function.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Build and lead a high-performing, results-oriented Revenue Operations & Strategy organization. Set and own the vision for the Revenue Operations organization while ensuring seamless integration between operational excellence and enablement initiatives. 
• Lead bottoms-up business planning, target-setting, and own a "rhythm of the business" framework. Provide analytics and reporting for the Revenue organization, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and funnel metrics across all lead sources. 
• Own all systems and tools related to sales & Customer Success with SFDC as the central hub. Evaluate, improve, and implement all tools and software, including enablement platforms and content management systems.
• Ensure alignment between enablement strategies and revenue goals, driving consistency in messaging and performance across all GTM teams. 
• Partner with Finance and People teams to design and manage sales commission strategy. Lead ongoing assessments to optimize commission structures based on performance and market trends while fostering motivation and retention.

We’re excited about you because…

• You have 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Strategy, and/or Sales Leadership roles in B2B SaaS environments 
• You have a proven track record of leading change management, building aligned tooling, and developing methods to plan, forecast, measure and systemize Sales KPIs for internal teams and customers 
• You have deep understanding of standard business practices related to Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems, as well as sales enablement best practices, training methodologies, and content management 
• You have demonstrated experience in designing sales commission plans at scale, including analysis, modeling, and optimization to drive revenue growth and align incentives with strategic objectives 
• You can thrive in an ambiguous environment with high autonomy, build productive relationships across all organizational levels, and have excellent communication skills with executive-level partners, plus expertise with GTM tools including Salesforce and enablement platforms

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Senior CSM) to drive strategic partnership, retention, and growth across a portfolio of our highest-value and complex SMB customers. This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role focused on delivering measurable business outcomes across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. As a Senior CSM, you will operate as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, partnering closely with Account Management to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth.

About the Team

The People Team’s Sales Strategy & Operations function plays a critical role in aligning SevenRooms’ and DoorDash’s commercial strategies with how we reward and motivate our go-to-market teams. We design and operationalize Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs) that drive business performance, ensure fairness and compliance, and empower our sales organization to reach its full potential. Our team partners cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Payroll, Finance, and GTM leadership to create programs that are equitable, data-driven, and scalable.

About the Role

As a Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning, you’ll own the end-to-end design, implementation,  governance and strategic direction of our global SevenRooms’ Sales Incentive Plans. You’ll translate business objectives into compensation structures that are strategic, compliant, and operationally sound while proactively shaping long-term incentive strategy across segments and regions. In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders (Finance, RevOps and GTM leaders) while developing incentive programs that motivate performance, balance cost, and support organizational growth. You’ll also lead and mentor our Senior Commission Analyst—helping build analytical excellence, operational rigor, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Own Plan Design and Governance. Define and lead plan strategy the development and quarterly  refresh of all Sales Incentive Plans across segments and regions, ensuring alignment to business strategy and pay philosophy.
• Partner Cross-Functionally. Act as a trusted strategic partner to Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR and GTM leadership - influencing executive decisions, reconciling tradeoffs between cost and behavior, and driving alignment for plan changes. 
• Model and Analyze Performance. Build, own and present robust models and scenario analyses (cost, attainment, payout, quota-setting) to inform strategy and enable confident executive decision-making. 
• Operationalize Programs at Scale. Drive documentation, communications, and change management to ensure plans are implemented accurately and efficiently across markets and increasing headcount.
• Manage and Develop Talent. Lead and coach a Senior Commission Analyst, supporting prioritization, professional growth, and excellence in plan administration.
• Drive Continuous Improvement. Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance the accuracy and scalability of sales comp processes and reporting.
• Ensure Compliance and Audit Readiness. Own documentation, approval flows and controls; partner with internal teams on audits and control requirements.

• You’re highly analytical, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (nested formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
• You have 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics, ideally with direct experience in sales compensation design or management.
• You’re an excellent communicator who can distill complex data into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
• You’re comfortable managing projects end-to-end in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and can prioritize tradeoffs across cost, behavior, and operational complexity. 
• You bring proven people management experience — coaching analysts to deliver accurate, timely work and building scalable processes.
• You have experience with CRM or sales comp tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, etc 
• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by driving alignment between business performance and people outcomes.
• You have an understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures.
• You have strong presentation skills; ability to build and communicate executive-ready analyses.
