We're looking to grow our Voice Ordering Live Operations team by leaps & bounds. Join DoorDash as a Voice Ordering Accessibility Representative to become an expert in supporting the needs of DoorDash's thousands of partner Merchants and customers. You'll be part of an exciting team designed to take ordering food to the next level. Representatives will report to the Voice Ordering Team Supervisor.

About the Role

Note: We are a 24 hour/365 day operation. Due to this need, employees must have flexibility to work varying schedules. An employee will be assigned a schedule that may include evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays. These schedules will be adjusted periodically to meet the needs of our business.

Due to PCI/DSS compliance, this role requires you to work full time from our Tempe, Arizona office and has strict policies on cell phone usage.

About the Team

The Marketplace Quality team is responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating negative behavior that impacts overall delivery quality. The team conducts investigations, adjudications, and deep-dive analysis across a range of quality concerns affecting our community, including identity verification, contract violations, never delivered claims, and fraud. Our goal is to enforce quality standards on the platform and ensure a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for consumers, dashers, and merchants.

About the Role

As an Associate on DoorDash’s Marketplace Quality team, you will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and evolving content, resources, and processes that support Trust & Safety initiatives. You will combine strong content creation skills with project execution to translate complex policies, workflows, and findings into clear, actionable materials for internal teams and stakeholders.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Quality Assurance, Support, and Legal to ensure Marketplace Quality resources are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business goals. Your work will help improve the Dasher experience, reduce process inefficiencies, and support operational consistency through well-structured documentation, playbooks, and communications.

You are detail-oriented and comfortable zooming out to craft high-level narratives for leadership while also producing precise, tactical content for day-to-day use. About the Team:

You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team which is a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. The primary role of this organization is to provide the best support for Dashers, Consumers and Merchants to maximize Customer retention while minimizing cost. We achieve this by creating feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation to improve the experience. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the experience of all customers engaging with DoorDash, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to join our Access Command team. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of mission-critical provisioning services for our global BPO support agents. You’ll ensure seamless tool access, conduct thorough compliance audits, and lead process improvement initiatives. In addition to access provisioning and audit responsibilities, you will also own documentation and workflow processes to support scalability and ensure operational consistency.

About the Role

DoorDash is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience Partner Success to manage the support experience  of our international last-mile logistics platform. This person will enhance the quality of the customer support experience by partnering with support partners (BPOs) to ensure their quality meets DoorDash expectations, including SLA, Customer Satisfaction scores, and other support metrics.
