In this role you will:
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Clinical Sourcing Specialist (Full-Time) to join our recruiting team! In this role, you’ll be focused on finding and connecting with amazing Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs). If you enjoy building relationships, digging into talent networks, and being a matchmaker between great clinicians and great roles — we want to hear from you.
Sourcing qualified CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs using a mix of platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, PracticeLink, social media, and good old-fashioned networking.
Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill CNM positions
Reaching out to potential candidates and getting them excited about opportunities with us.
Partnering with The Clinical Recruitment Manager and hiring managers to understand what “great” looks like for each role and location.
Keeping track of your sourcing pipeline and staying organized in our ATS (and other tools).
Helping build long-term talent pipelines — not just for today’s roles, but for future needs too.
Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, text, and social media
Representing our team and brand in a warm, professional way!
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sourcing or recruiting, especially for clinical or licensed roles.
A strong understanding of what CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs do — or a curiosity and willingness to learn fast.
Experience sourcing passive candidates and getting creative when traditional methods don’t cut it.
Great communication skills and a knack for building relationships with people from all walks of life.
Super organized and able to juggle multiple sourcing projects at once.
Comfortable using ATS systems (we use Greenhouse!) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)

Role Description
Diana Health is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller / Coder to join our Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate coding of medical procedures and diagnoses across our diverse range of services including inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, and specialty care. You’ll play a key role in supporting compliance, optimizing reimbursements, and ensuring all documentation aligns with federal and state regulations.
What You’ll Do
• Review clinical documentation and diagnostic results to ensure accurate CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Validate medical necessity and ensure coding aligns with CMS and payer-specific guidelines.
• Process charge captures and review billing system edits to prevent claim denials.
• Collaborate with providers and billing teams to clarify documentation or coding inconsistencies.
• Identify coding trends, resolve payer denials, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with provider education on documentation and coding compliance.
• Maintain production standards and report daily coding productivity and quality metrics.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a formal coding program (AHIMA, CCS, or AAPC preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ applied coding experience OR 5 years of OB/GYN coding experience in a physician billing or revenue cycle setting; Emphasize on OB/GYN coding!
• Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, medical terminology, anatomy, and health record content.
Licensure/Certification:
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) preferred.
• Non-certified coders with strong experience may be required to obtain certification within an agreed timeframe.
Key Skills
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care plans (HMO, PPO, POS, Indemnity).
• Understanding of HIPAA, Medicare Fraud and Abuse regulations, and EHR/Billing systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and healthcare billing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively with clinical staff and patients.

The AR Specialist is a multi-tasking highly skilled position that encompasses all key functions of physician billing. The AR Specialist position requires an advanced revenue cycle knowledge that has been acquired through experience and developed through training and education. The AR Specialist supports patient-centered care and Customer Service by serving as a patient advocate during the life cycle of the account. Under direct supervision, the AR Specialist is expected to maintain productivity, accountability, and produce very efficient and proficient results.
The AR Specialist is a highly motivated individual with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks. The AR Specialist will possess extensive knowledge of medical billing processes focusing on OB/GYN billing and insurance denials and be proficient in medical terminology, coding, and billing systems. The AR Specialist will manage telephone calls from patients, insurance companies, and medical practices to answer inquiries, follow up on outstanding claims, and update accounts as required. The AR Specialist will possess exceptional organizational skills, a mature, pleasant, and professional telephone manner, and the ability to prioritize work. About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic operator to build and lead our call center and customer support operations across multiple healthcare sites. You’ll oversee a team of remote call agents and administrative support staff, ensuring every patient interaction is efficient, empathetic, and seamless.
This team plays a central role in building and maintaining trust with our patients—often serving as their first and most frequent point of contact. By providing responsive, compassionate support, you’ll help ensure that every patient’s experience with our organization feels smooth, coordinated, and personal.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves to build from the ground up—revamping processes, selecting the right technology, and setting clear performance standards to scale a best-in-class support function.
What You’ll Do
● Build and lead a high-performing remote clinical call center and admin operations team serving multiple sites.
● Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, standardization and compliance.
● Define and manage clear SLAs and KPIs focused on patient experience, responsiveness, and efficiency.
● Identify and implement the best tech tools—telephony systems, CRM/EMR integrations, workforce management, and analytics platforms—to drive performance, and manage the support relationship with vendors
● Use tools and data to monitor results, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
● Collaborate closely with clinical operations and site leaders to align workflows and priorities, establishing the call center as a best-in-class support extension of the in clinic team.
● Recruit, train, and coach remote team members, building a culture of accountability and service excellence.
What You’ll Bring
● 8+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or patient access operations—ideally in a multi-site healthcare or service organization.
● Proven success building or transforming a support operation, including process design, tool selection, and performance optimization.
● Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable managing to metrics and dashboards.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and remote-team management skills.
● Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
● Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

● Partner with clinical operations, marketing, and technology product teams to ensure seamless integration between patient communications and practice operations.
Performance & Optimization
● Monitor call volumes, response times, and resolution metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize scheduling, staffing, and workflows.
● Lead continuous improvement initiatives—leveraging data, feedback, and best practices to elevate performance and enhance the patient experience.
● Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasting staffing needs and operational expenses to meet growth objectives efficiently.
People Management
● Recruit, train, and mentor a team of remote call agents, team leads, and administrative specialists.

We are looking for a full-time LPN passionate about all aspects of women’s health to provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary care team and to serve as the first line of communication with patients in our clinical phone and messaging triage during office hours. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy practice, loves women’s health and building relationships with patients, is an excellent problem-solver and communicator, and is able to multi-task easily.
