Key Responsibilities

• Dismantles, cleans, and reassembles production and cultivation equipment.
• Safely operates and handles heavy industrial machinery as required for sanitation and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Uses chemicals in proper concentration according to company guidelines.
• Properly labels and maintains all chemicals.
• Ensures PPE stations are adequately stocked.
• Periodically cleans walls, offices, restrooms, storage areas, and furniture.
• Routine heavy cleaning.
• Moving heavy equipment & furniture.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.

Who You Are: 

As our Cultivation Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day assignments and tasks that keep our plants healthy to meet our production goals and quality targets on track. These responsibilities include but are not limited to trimming, pruning, debulking, transplanting, canopy manipulation, harvesting, data entry, and overall plant care at our cannabis cultivation facility. This position is also responsible for many of the cleaning, sanitation, and organization tasks of our grow rooms. Our cleaning instruments and chemicals will be required to ensure a sterile and pest-free environment for our plants. 

What You’ll Do:

• Work with cultivation leadership to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules
• Prepare space required for planned production
• Cloning: cutting, rooting, and transplanting; clone care, watering, and feeding.
• Monitor growing conditions and review changes in humidity, moisture, and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards
• Inspect crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size, and the existence of pests or disease, removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards

• Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaning agents according to protocols.

We are looking for a self-motivated Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for both data input, quality, and audits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for both data input, quality, and audits. This role will work with the Compliance Manager and Cultivation team to ensure that we are proactive in addressing potential issues, maintaining compliance throughout the facility, maintaining compliance within Biotrack/Metric systems and to formulate, implement and enforce proper techniques within the cultivation department.

What You’ll Do: 

• Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and Biotrack logs in order to ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
• Communicates with cultivation team in order to create new plantings in METRC by using information on the clone logs.
• Create METRC plant tags for plants
• A physical count of each flower room as well as the Mother Room needs to be performed every Monday.
• Once the counts are completed verify that counts on the whiteboards outside each room are correct.
• Update the large whiteboard in the hallway with each strain count per table per room.
• Each plant room including Mom, Veg and Clone Rooms, must be audited through the Biotrack/Metric Systems on a monthly basis.
• Accurately completes documentation and enters data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Promptly communicates identified discrepancies to team leads and Compliance Manager and documents accordingly.
• Investigates and participates in correction activities as directed.

As our Cultivation Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day assignments and tasks that keep our plants healthy to meet our production goals and quality targets on track. These responsibilities include but are not limited to trimming, pruning, debulking, transplanting, canopy manipulation, harvesting, data entry, and overall plant care at our cannabis cultivation facility. This position is also responsible for many of the cleaning, sanitation, and organization tasks of our grow rooms. Our cleaning instruments and chemicals will be required to ensure a sterile and pest-free environment for our plants.

• Work with cultivation leadership to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules
• Prepare space required for planned production
