Los Angeles, CA (In-Office, 5 Days a Week)

We acquire, transform, and operate real estate assets globally—turning underutilized properties into high-performance commercial kitchen facilities for thousands of restaurant partners. Our Real Estate, Expansion, and Operations teams work at lightning speed to identify, acquire, and launch properties that enable operators to grow with lower upfront costs and minimal complexity.
As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling the teams responsible for site sourcing, acquisitions, underwriting, expansion, construction, and asset management. You’ll recruit the dealmakers, operators, and execution-focused builders who will drive CloudKitchens’ next phase of global real estate growth.
This role is onsite in our Los Angeles HQ, 5 days a week. In-person collaboration is essential in a business where speed, alignment, and operational clarity drive success.
Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Final compensation is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.

The base salary range for this role is $106,000 to $125,000 per year.
Add’l Incentive Compensation: Individuals can earn an estimated annual incentive compensation range of $31,000 - $37,500 when meeting performance expectations. Actual incentive compensation varies based on individual sales performance and targets.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
