Serás responsável pela gestão integral e autónoma do ciclo de crédito. A função exige a condução técnica do processo desde a qualificação financeira à formalização da escritura, atuando como elo estratégico entre o cliente e as instituições bancárias parceiras.
Responsabilidades:
● Análise e diagnóstico financeiro: Avaliar a viabilidade da operação;
● Intermediação e negociação das condições contratuais com os parceiros bancários;
● Validar a conformidade de toda a documentação associada;
● Coordenar integralmente a jornada do cliente, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos legais e operacionais.
Requisitos/Competências:
● Formação Académica nas áreas de Gestão, Economia, Finanças ou outras áreas de estudo relevantes para a função;
● Experiência prévia na área de vendas e/ou comercial;

Função:
Serás responsável pela gestão integral e autónoma do ciclo de crédito. A função exige a condução técnica do processo desde a qualificação financeira à formalização da escritura, atuando como elo estratégico entre o cliente e as instituições bancárias parceiras.
Responsabilidades:
● Análise e diagnóstico financeiro: Avaliar a viabilidade da operação;
● Intermediação e negociação das condições contratuais com os parceiros bancários;
● Validar a conformidade de toda a documentação associada;
● Coordenar integralmente a jornada do cliente, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos legais e operacionais.
Requisitos/Competências:
● Formação Académica nas áreas de Gestão, Economia, Finanças ou outras áreas de estudo relevantes para a função;
● Experiência prévia na área de vendas e/ou comercial;
● Ambição e foco em resultados;
● Comunicação clara e escuta ativa.

The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical Product Manager to drive our platform's growth. You will be responsible for translating data into strategic decisions, optimizing user experience, and managing the product lifecycle from backlog to implementation.
Key Responsabilities
Strategy & Backlog: Define product roadmaps (OKRs), manage stakeholders, and write user stories.
Optimization: Analyze conversion reports and run A/B tests to improve UX and business leverage.
Execution: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to implement updates and manage the platform via Storyblok.
Insights: Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and maintain clear documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager in online businesses.
Skills: Highly analytical mindset with practical experience in Scrum and A/B testing.
Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, BigQuery, and Notion is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English.
Location: Must be based in or near Lisbon. Proximity to our office is essential for this role.
