Key Responsabilities
Strategy & Backlog: Define product roadmaps (OKRs), manage stakeholders, and write user stories.
Optimization: Analyze conversion reports and run A/B tests to improve UX and business leverage.
Execution: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to implement updates and manage the platform via Storyblok.
Insights: Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and maintain clear documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager in online businesses.
Skills: Highly analytical mindset with practical experience in Scrum and A/B testing.
Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, BigQuery, and Notion is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English.
Location: Must be based in or near Lisbon. Proximity to our office is essential for this role.
