As an Enablement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of Cloudbeds’ enablement programs.
This role is focused on operational excellence and execution, ensuring our Sales teams have the resources, training, and support they need to succeed.

You will work closely with our Enablement Lead to manage training programs, maintain enablement systems, support onboarding, and ensure that enablement resources are accurate, accessible, and continuously improved.
Your work will directly impact how quickly new hires ramp, how effectively our teams adopt tools and processes, and how well our global revenue teams stay aligned.

Our Enablement team is focused on helping Cloudbeds’ revenue teams perform at their best. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver training, resources, and systems that support every stage of the customer journey.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Support inbound Sales questions and manage internal support channels to ensure timely responses.
• Manage Salesforce case queues and support internal request workflows.
• Maintain and organize knowledge systems (Guru and other tools), ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
• Create and manage enablement resources such as Salesloft playlists, internal guides, and training materials.
• Support onboarding programs, including kickoff coordination, learning path management, and survey tracking.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product, partner, and process training programs.
• Manage access and administration across enablement tools (Cloudbeds University, Articulate, Slack groups, Gmail groups, etc.).

What Sets You Up for Success (required):

• Experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and the ability to support cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on keeping systems organized and running smoothly.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out:

• Experience supporting onboarding or training programs.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Guru, AI Tools, or LMS platforms.
• Experience working in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
• Bilingual.

We're on the search for a superstar Regional Sales Manager. You will will be responsible for building, driving, and managing the LATAM Sales team to deliver above quota sales performance

What You Will Do: 

• Manage all aspects of the LATAM sales cycle
• Execute individual and team sales plans to exceed quotas
• Manage and ensure adherence to the Cloudbeds Sales Process methodology
• Leverage alternate channels to build sales volume
• Ensure a high level of customer renewal rates
• Manage expenses within company guidelines

You’ll Succeed With: 

• Experience in leading sales teams with an emphasis on coaching and development
• Proven track record leading a remote team 
• Successful track record in selling hospitality management software 
• Exceptional communication and listening skills, the ability to establish rapport and credibility and clearly articulate a value proposition 
• Exceptional presentation skills; the ability to effectively and energetically present to customers, peers, and leadership
• Ability to optimize the sales tactics as necessary to accelerate growth
• Track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition, high customer renewal rates and the ability to drive high levels of outbound prospecting activity
• Ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM, Groove, SalesLoft, Zendesk and an ever-expanding list of productivity tools
• Hospitality lodging experience is always a plus!
