About the Job:

Are you an experienced PLM Engineer with a passion for Teamcenter implementations? We are looking for a Senior PLM Engineer to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will design, configure, and implement PLM solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments that transform product lifecycle processes.

• Responsible for the technical implementation and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter solutions for clients and to meet unique customer specifications.
• Document configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in PLM to provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for our clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What you bring to the table:

• Solid experience with Teamcenter or other PLM, systems and proven experience working on client projects with tailored PLM-systems.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and deploy engineering solutions across multi-client environments.
• Experience working directly with customers - with good understanding of system setup, data migration and integrations. 
• Experience with PLM system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations, with hands-on experience in Teamcenter (or other PLM platforms).
• Background in the engineering industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish & English (Both written & verbal)

As a Lead PLM Engineer at CLEVR, you are responsible for driving and securing successful PLM project deliveries. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and Project Managers, acting as a technical lead in customer facing engagements, and contribute to delivering scalable and value-driven PLM solutions through agile processes. As a Lead PLM Engineer your role will include leading and supporting complex PLM initiatives with a strong focus on technical excellence and customer value. You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers, business consultants, and internal teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree (M.Sc./M.Eng.) in a relevant field (Mechanical engineer, robotics, product development, etc. is preferred), with a strong mechanical or IT affinity.

• Being familiar with CAD software,PowerShell,.XML, .NET, JSON & JavaScript is a plus;

• Simple and effective communication skills, with curiosity and zest for learning new things fast;

• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
