About the Role
Title: Enterprise Events Account Executive
Reports to: Vice President of Sales, Events
Location: Remote
CharterUP is seeking an Enterprise Events Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for large, complex opportunities, including multi-day events and recurring programs that often span 30+ days. You will work with senior stakeholders, navigate RFPs and procurement processes, and partner closely with Operations to design event transportation programs that are both commercially attractive and operationally sound. This is not a transactional role. Success depends on your ability to act as a trusted advisor translating complex customer needs into realistic transportation solutions and ensuring CharterUP is positioned to deliver.
Our Enterprise events and large-scale transportation programs are high-stakes, operationally complex, and highly visible. Customers aren’t just buying transportation and technology, they’re buying confidence that the entire solution will work flawlessly. The Enterprise Events Account Executive plays the most critical role in winning and expanding enterprise business across events, government, education, and institutional organizations, where operational credibility is as important as sales execution. This role requires someone who can effectively quarterback an enterprise sales process, but as importantly, someone who understands how group transportation, specifically related to large event execution, works seamlessly, and can guide customers through complexity with confidence.

About the Role
Title: Senior Enterprise Business Development Lead
Reports to: SVP of Business Development
Location: Remote (~20% travel per month)
We’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Development Lead to accelerate growth within our Industrial & Infrastructure Shuttles segment. This is a senior, outbound-focused role designed to break into complex enterprise accounts, generate qualified opportunities, and build strategic relationships across major general contractors, developers, and infrastructure operators.
You’ll partner closely with our sales and operations teams to identify high-value prospects, develop disciplined account-entry strategies, and create a steady pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities for closing. While you won’t be responsible for closing deals directly, your success will be measured by the opportunities you generate that convert into revenue.
This role requires more than surface-level prospecting. We’re looking for someone who knows how to penetrate large organizations mapping stakeholders across procurement, operations, project leadership, and executive sponsors and positioning CharterUP early in project planning and purchasing cycles.
You should be comfortable operating autonomously, building pipeline from the ground up, and driving immediate impact in a high-accountability, variable-driven environment.
